ANTICA VILLA La Viola, Suite with private pool

Great location within walking distance to the center of town. Close to coffee shops/breakfast places. In a very quaint neighborhood of Lecce. Spacious, quiet and private villa with charm. We had a space to park our rental car within the gate of the property. Would love to stay again. The microwave was older, but worked just fine.

Very spacious, gorgeous, private, the pool was nice! Amazing that you have parking on site (gated parking). Very cozy. There’s a gym 1 block away from the Villa which was nice. It’s not close close to the center, there is not much around. So you need to take your to get to restaurants or the center but you can find parking close to the center no problem.

Beautiful property. Tons of space. Having the pool in the summer was fantastic. Parking secured was great as well. Location 10-15 min from the old city. No stairs to climb.

It is great to have so much space, in an authentic villa, your own kitchen, a little patio, and still so close to the city center. We had some noise from a construction site in the morning

A beautiful, historic property with vaulted ceilings and a large space with a well equipped kitchen. It’s in a good location with a 15 minute walk to the old town. The added bonus is the pool area. Although it’s slightly overlooked, it’s a lovely pool with sun beds and chairs. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. The bathroom is quite small although the shower was good. It would be useful to have the name of the property on the gate where you need to park as it’s hard to find.

Sofia and Gioia were amazing. Communication was first class and they gave us lots of advice. Loves the vastness of the suite. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Very private. Fantastic swimming pool. Secure parking. Comfortable beds. Great air conditioning. Everything was amazing. Short stroll into Lecce. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay. First class accommodation. Nothing

The property is beautiful, very comfortable and impeccably clean. We loved the easy walk into Lecce each evening as well as convenient location & parking to get out on day trips each day. Sofia and JP were so helpful and kind, we are already working out when we can return for another break. Nothing! It’s a perfect to place to stay while visiting Puglia

Sofia and Giampaolo were very helpful, and we had a lovely holiday at their beautiful villa and the pool was such a bonus.m 2 Would totally recommend a stay here.

A beautiful spacious home! Our lovely hosts were only too happy to help with anything we needed & looked after us like family! We highly recommend this beautiful character grand residence - it was truly stunning & really a privilege to stay in an abode such as this!

Extra big room but bathroom could be a little bit larger… Charm of the property. Lovely garden. The fact that we get coupons to go across the street for breakfast… limited to a fresh juice, coffee and croissant, compared to a buffet breakfast generally served in all properties as expected. We wish to stress on the fact that, based on our comments, the owner couldn’t have been nicer and generous: we found that night in our room a nice basket with a lot of goodies. We truly appreciated this nice gesture!…

This is a very unique property located within a few minutes walk of both the train station and entrance to the old town. We spent a very relaxing few days enjoying the garden and pool. Rooms are large with a shared kitchen and breakfast is provided by a cafe across the road. Owners are super nice and even offered us a lift to the train station with our bags. I would definitely recommend. There was nothing not to like! However as its an old property the sound proofing is understandably not great so there was some street noise as we had a room at the front.

A unique experience in a charming villa with spacious accommodation. It's an oasis in the centre of the city. The mattresses could have been more comfortable.

We stayed here in September 2023 for 3 nights. Lovely traditional villa which is walking distance from Leece old town. The room was very spacious and had good facilities. The manager Francesca was very welcoming and informative telling us all we needed to know about the local area. Lovely pool although we did not get much use out of it due to the weather being quite overcast. Breakfast was across the road in ‘Dannys’ a lovely coffee with orange juice and a pastry. We also met the owner on the last day who was very friendly and her husband gave us a lift to the train station to save us getting a taxi which was a nice end to our trip. N/A

Great location away from the hustle of the city centre which was a 15 mins walk away. Friendly and helpful manager who spoke excellent English. An old property with oodles of character, comfy bed and powerful shower. Great to have a swimming pool and plenty of sun beds. Breakfast taken across the road at a lovely cafe. Nothing

Well maintained and lovely pool area. Really good sized rooms which have been updated in their original style. Our kids loved the vault below the glass floor in the room. Secure parking on site. Beautiful accomodation within 15 minutes walk from the centre of the Old Town

Stunning room, very large garden suite. Lovely owners who were very accommodating. Breakfast was included in little cafe opposite. Pool was a welcome relief after a hot day and was very clean. Nothing
