The property was modern and the rooms were very spacious. Also in a great location.

Absolutely amazing staff that make you feel like a part of the family. Especially, Erika! She went beyond her ways to make us feel comfortable! We went for one night but stayed an additional one. The elevator is only working for luggage, but given that it is a 3 story building, it is not that bad.

We like everything, the location was good. The breakfast very on time, very generous and nice Ekica, was very friendly and tried her best in everything. We get a very good attention as she knows us for a long time.

Room is spacious and they arranged a nice cot the our baby. It was super clean. Staff was amazingly nice and the location is great just a short walk to the center I liked everything

Everything is fine, close to the center but with really tight windows you can't hear anything from outside and nice service

Erika is a very lovely host. Her cappuccino were delicious! For breakfast we had yogurt, fruits, tea, juice, coffee and pasticcioto - I recommend those! The location is only 10 min from old town, the parking nearby allows you to park for free between 14:00 and 9:00, then it’s €0,60 per hour (use EasyPark app). I wish bedsheets were changed daily (it is for additional charge of €10. We were in the room Elettra and whoever was smoking in the under courtyard - the cigarette smell would go immediately to our room and bathroom.

The room are on second floor and there are no alivator,only one key to the room,the breakfast is only one coffee and one cuoson,in the second room the air condition didnt work and the room was too hot.. the lady was nice but the experiances was bad

Clean, nice, good location. Coins. Without coins you will not be able to park the car outside. Property has a coin based coffee machine. So, if you are out of coins and there is no hostess around you are out of luck of having coffee.

Positive: • The rooms were spacious, clean, and conveniently located close to the city center. Negative: • The breakfast options were limited, and I would recommend skipping. For example, we were given poor-quality coffee from a vending machine served in plastic cups. • The beds were not very comfortable. • There were some minor details that, if addressed, could greatly enhance the guest experience. For example, we were not offered the use of the elevator even though we had luggage. Additionally, when we requested to keep our luggage for a few hours after checkout, it felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff. Overall, what stands out as an area of improvement is the service. Ensuring that guests feel welcomed, and providing a better breakfast experience would go a long way in enhancing the overall quality of the stay.
