- Great location - very clean - quiet at night - daily room make-up - called B&B but it’s misleading. Breakfast is just a voucher for one cup of coffee with one pastry at a neighborhood bar. On weekends it’s even less. - mattress was not very comfortable (foam?) - arrival: access instructions are provided last minute, so guests must have local internet connection or phone working in italy to check-in!

Good location close to the train station and short walk to the old city. Room was comfortable and small breakfast was offered through cafe down the street Area is somewhat seedy at times

Excellent facilities, clean and comfortable room, easy check in and very attentive staff. Breakfast was great at a lovely cafe a two minute walk away. Fantastic location that was convenient for both the station and the old town.

Enjoyed my 3 night stay ! Wish it could have been longer . Check in was great ! Room was clean and comfortable ! Location was few minute walk from train station . Breakfast was included from the corner cafe . Loved the balcony . Easy to walk to all sites . I loved everything !

Everything was great, from the staff, the location (right next to the train station, but also very close to the old town), the bed, and the entire apartment. If there are any shortcomings, we noticed that they are being fixed after the guests' comments. Everything was great for us!

Everything was amazing! Near to train station and 10 minutes walk to old town. Very clean apartment equipped with coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. Very delicious breakfast!

One of the host is an Italian Spoken gentleman which is warm and nice. Complete facilities,comfortable bed. Breakfast was served in a bar nearby and the pasticchiotto was extremely delicious. Location is really near the station,though there are many immigrants but I’m not in danger. Main street can make traffic noisy in early night but didn’t bother me.

Warm welcome, excellent accomodation, breakfast off site coffee and cake. 6 mins to the train station. 10 mins to the Old Town plenty to do and see The Area wasn't 10/10 but two females felt safe.

- Comfortable - Kind staff - Well equipped - Good breakfast, they served a fresh baked “Pasticciotto”, which is kind of a custard pie. Amazing. - AC is not super strong, during summer can be a bit hot
