Everything was great. Location, service, breakfast, staff were all wonderful. Jacuzzi was broken.

The location was absolutely phenomenal right in the center of old town and our room remain quiet at night. The Spa tub was quite a nice bonus feature. The construction that was happening inside of the building started a little too early on our last day there 7:30 am

Not comfortable bed

I like the surprise to see how beautiful the place is after such an uninviting entrance. The room is gorgeous and both the room and bathroom are very spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect! Right on a great street with amazing restaurants. The addition of the fridge with chilled wines etc is refreshing. Sadly there was some problem with the pipes / plumbing during our one night stay, so I didn’t get much sleep due to the noise. But I’m sure they’ll sort that out.

Great property, loved the location. Loved that the B&B was in an authentic older building. Loved the location. Loved the two sisters that welcomed us every morning with coffee and breakfast, they were Fabulous. Upon arrival, we could not locate the door to Donna Teresa, there is very little indication that is where it is….it was only later that there was a number 41 on the door, but we don’t ever remember seeing that as part of the identification of the location. We had to ask a local merchant to identify the location. What we didn’t care for, was there was no English speaking TV Channels, but we were able to get English speaking channels on our personal tablets.

Excellent location, very clean and nice bathroom. Friendly service, the lady at the breakfast was delightful. Clear instructions for self check-in. Attentive and clear communication with the host. The bedroom felt outdated, there was a single bed next to the double bed. Interior wasn’t really appealing. We saw the room next door in the morning and it looked much better. Still very good value.

We loved the location and rooms setup. Hosts were great and very transparent. Nothing - it’s beautiful!

The pictures do not do it justice. The room is spacious and very clean, the location is great! It feels luxurious and homey at the same time. Rosella and the property manager were very communicative and so kind. The breakfast is comfy/balanced and it’s so nice to show up and have the option of affordable wines for purchase and free water in the room. The room is the middle of everything and manages to be quiet at the same time. Hope to come back! If you have challenges with steps/stairs/carrying bags you should be aware there are 2.5 sets. Not an issue for us but something to keep in mind. Feels like an absurd thing to mention, but the shower only has a rain shower (lovely) but wish it also had a handheld option.

The size of the room is well above avarage. Location right in the middle of old city is great. Breakfast was good. Be aware there are 30 stairs leading to the room.

First of all the host Gabriele it’s incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming. Also Rossella it’s so sweet and friendly. The check-in went really smooth as Gabriele provided all the necessary details. The room was super nice, big and clean. Loved the sheets were so fine, the bed and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and had anything that you need. I also had breakfast included, there were sufficient options to choose from, but I opted only for a croissant and a cappuccino and they were really good. The location is good, it’s close to restaurants, attractions (e.g. 3 min by foot to the Dome, 6-7 min by foot to the city gates, 5-10 min by foot to any cathedral/church/point of interest) and train station (8-9 min by foot). It could be noisy on a week-end night (I arrived Sunday) but if you want to stay central this would have happened anywhere, so for me this was not bothering.

As central as it can get - just around the corner of cathedral in the middle of old town. The apartment and the room were newly and very well renovated (quality!). Room design was appreciated. AC worked well, WIFI was okay. The breakfast was partly served and partly self service and a lot for italian style. The had very good coffee and Donna Teresa was very kind and friendly! As central as it can get in old town - meaning just next to bars and restaurant - so have your earplugs ready. It was self check in - which worked well and communication before check in worked very well. The mattress could have been a bit less soft. Be aware of 2 flights of stairs.

Charming , stylishly decorated guest house with attention to detail. From the online check in process to check out , the process was seamless. The staff were wonderful. Helpful , engaging and friendly. Rooms were well equipped and very clean . Easy access to restaurants and main attractions which are literally on the doorstep , yet the guest house is quiet and peaceful offering a great nights rest ( the bed was super comfortable). Good breakfast in the morning prepares you for the day ! Truly lovely experience with warm and friendly staff . Would not stay elsewhere in Lecce. There was nothing to not like !!!! The guest house exceeded expectations.

Amazing location, great room, easy check in and fantastic housekeeping staff! Lovely breakfast. Very communicative host Aircon was *just* cool enough. Needs to be updated
