Glass House - Smart Rooms & Parking

Bathroom – shower didn’t drain very well. Internet speed is ridiculously slow. Breakfast was pretty basic- using throw away cutlery and plates/ dishes (seems wasteful). AC- noisy and didn’t go below 23.9 even though it was set to 17C – due to condensers all being located in a open air light well, outside the room where they don’t have sufficient room to intake cooler air. A small 500ml bottle of water x2 was provided. Car parking – 15 E per day, tried to charge 20 initially. Communication – slow – not a hotel so no one at the desk regularly. Door – wouldn’t lock at all for room 201 - latch was broken. Had to leave it unlocked to go out and get dinner which is unsafe. The next day we were provided with a physical key to lock the door. Maintenance like this should not be unnoticed by staff. Location – 10 minute walk to Matzerri area, 12-15 minute walk to the old city. Not 4 star, more like 3. WIFI - 2.51 mbps download is unacceptable - we couldn't use it. AC - didnt work sufficiently Door - wouldn't lock Communication was a bit slow to respond

Room was excellent, clean. Easy check in & arrival. Parking can be a little tricky due to the space allotment, depending on the size of your car & the hotel capacity. Couldn’t figure out the coffee machine. :/

The room was full of flies and smelled that rotted bodies. We didn't stay because they said they weren't near by and didn't have another room. He refuses to refund my money even though we called booking.com from the lobby and booking.com won't refund my money until the Glass house refunds them. I don't have a contract with Glass house, I have a contract with Booking.com that's who charged my card. Refund my money.If anybody needs a video just ask. They won't let me upload it. Do the honorable thing and refund the money.

Spacious rooms, balcony to sit out, comfortable beds. Good breakfast No complaints.

Excellent! The room was clean & spacious. Comfortable beds, nice breakfast and a very warm front desk staff. Parking was so easy too! Thank you for making my elderly parents stay great.

Modern building with large rooms and bathrooms, 5 min away from the Lecce historic center. Very quiet and the on-site (paid) parking is much appreciated as streets around may be busy to park your car. Using codes to access the facilities, parking and the rooms is very convenient. Staff is very helpful and provides great recommendations especially for restaurants. Breakfast is OK but lack some warm food.

Big, comfy room. Big, comfy bed. Modern and clean. If I want to be petty: shower is too small / awkwardly designed and room temperature control overly tricky. A bit out of main old town but worth the price for a modern, comfy room.

The hotel is next to the historical center (5' walk), in a quite and beautiful location. The parking is easily accessible, 24/7, and the parking spaces are spacious and easy to use. The building has been recently fully renovated, and the rooms are modern, spacious and super comfy. The staff is friendly and responds asap, either via whatsapp, front desk or email. Also, the staff is fluent in English. The room was super-clean, and the bathroom is also spacious and fully equiped. As the building is old(er), some noises can pass through the structure - not something to ruin your day or night thought. Also, the breakfast could be richer, as it only had the "main" options.

The only comment we have is the parking fee that was not obvious when booking the room. It could have been clearly stated somewhere.

Good location for exploring Lecce on foot. Easy booking and check in. Paid parking available in a lot on site. Basic accommodations but all we needed with a clean space consisting of 2 beds, small balcony, and standard bathroom.

The location is spot on. The facilities are great The room is big but the layout is somehow strange. A lot of empty space...

Efficient, modern property with superb location to explore Baroque Lecce. Very good value for the stay. Personnel made the most to help. Expect IKEA like efficiency and feel.

The staff were very nice, and it was easy to access the room with all the instructions provided. The walls were made of thin material, so you could hear your neighbors. It’s good for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend more than two nights. The room itself was very big and very clean!
