My travel plans called for me to arrive in Lecce about 3pm on 27 Sep. Rather than arriving at the train or bus station, the bus was to arrive at the Palazzetto Della Sport, so I looked for lodging in the northeast corner of the city. Holidays Lecce fit that bill nicely. The room was large enough for at least two people, and quite nicely decorated. The hostess was kind enough to show me how to get in and out with the keys, and where things were in the main room for breakfast. Holidays Lecce is not far from the city center, a bit over a kilometer and a half via the ring road and the Porta Napoli. The building is set back from the street about 1o meters by a courtyard, so it was comparatively quiet at night. I enjoyed watching the magpies in the courtyard in the morning. Minor issue, but the larger shower head probably needs to be repaired or replaced, as it squirts water over the top of the shower door onto the bathroom floor. One shower head is plenty. Also, the shower door would work better if it opened on the right, rather than the left.

Quiet place with private parking. Very kind host with good English. Great location! Clean and comfy room. There was only sweet food for breakfast. It will be ok if offer bread and butter at least.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The place is extremely clean, comfy and super comfortable. The decor details are so nice! You can see that the host really cares for your well-being. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect!!!!!

Fantastic English speaking owner, extremely helpful, eager to solve each problem. Incredibly hospitable and friendly. Quiet neighborhood, about 15 minutes walking from the old town. Parking on a fenced housing estate.
