The unit was conveniently located to the historic center of Lecce There was no breakfast or any coffee available. The front gate had a lock but the door into the palazzo was kept open.

location near the center. Big room and bathroom. We appreciate the breakfast. That’s why we chose a bed & breakfast accommodation and finally we had the worst cappuccino ever and a “Breakfast”without the basics (for example Cornetto).

Clean comfortable and spacious room, great location. Breakfast was not like the photos, there were only sweets things to eat and it wasn't always fresh. The bathroom was not topped up with toiletries, we had to ask for more toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo.

good location, walking distance to old city WiFi did not work and made communication difficult

Our host provided us traditional, homemade, delicious breakfast every day, it was a perfect start of our days. The location of the apartman is favourable if you would like to discover the region with public transportation. Some small accessoires were not enough (toilet paper, hand soap) in the bathroom.

The location was perfect, very central. Rooms were nice, spacious, clean and comfortable, nice terrace. The owner is very helpful. The owner kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which was very helpful with kids. This place is more like Air B&B, so you have to arrive at agreed with the owner time. But it is not like a hotel, where you can drop off your stuff until check in. The owner kindly allowed us to leave our bags at our risk, but we had to carry a bag with valuebles. Also, the instructions to get in are quiet long.

This place was a delight to find, within steps of Lecce historic centre. As well as a nice spacious room and good bathroom there is a common room/breakfast area and an outside terrace. And secure bike parking in a nearby garage. Excellent breakfast, local produce and eggs cooked to order if desired. Very quiet. The security system to access the apartment is a little intimidating but once you’ve worked your way through the instructions it is all fine.

The proximity to the historic centre was ideal and it was easy enough to get parked on a nearby street. The breakfast spread was great and commend the host for this. First impressions were empty cardboard boxes and a smelly, dripping overflow pipe at the building entrance gate. The internals of the B&B ok - photos of the rooms and bathrooms are accurate, excluding the large patch of damp on the wall above one of the beds. Terrace - dirty, no kids outdoor area as shown, burst rattan couch and cigarette butts in a disused frying pan. Plant pot out in the room balcony also serving as an unemptied ashtray. Room lights not working, one functioning TV remote between two rooms, safes not usable as locked. Toilet paper rationed and no offer of clean towels. The place is also directly above a bar so cue music being played into the early hours.
