Our host was extremely helpful and available. The apartment was comfortable, quiet and in an excellent location. Light breakfast included.

Literally everything. The locations, facilities, design, and especially the staff. The kindest person I’ve ever meet. Highly recommended!

Could use more lighting in the bedroom area; reading light would be helpful. Contrary to a previous review, transportation is not offered from the train station. Communication due to language one time was a problem.

Super location, magnificent area, huge room, very clean, amazing friendliness!

Lovely room felt very spacious and clean modern bathroom. The description states room available from 2pm. Got there just after 2pm and reception was closed and not open until 4.30pm. Came back at 4.30pm after hauling a large suitcase around and still closed, rang the bell several times and owner finally arrived, and quite honestly came across as rude. Check-in took like an eternity and room was very noisy late at night due to its proximity to a few bars. Simple and clear communication about when reception opens would help. Stayed in a place in Bari just before this stay which did exactly that. Also they provide cups and a couple of sachets of coffee but no kettle or tea/coffee maker. Breakfast is basically a 5 euro coupon for a very popular and busy cafe.

Right in the middle of Lecce old city. Lots of restaurants. There is a long stair so don’t take the big suitcase.

The location was central to the train and the town. It was secure and safe and well maintained. The staff was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very large and having a kitchen space was ideal.

Location is great. Lecce is small, but even with that, place exceeds your expectations. Room was great, warm and clean. Many good places to eat around. This is something common in many buildings in Lecce, since they're almost monuments. And the Wi-Fi in some areas is poor. But it didn't bother at all.

Great location Manager helped us find a suitable and affordable rental car for a day trip Spacious apartment (we were upgraded) Strange man; yelled at us when we first arrived as.no one was answering the door bell so we had pressed multiple times (with generous intervals) No wifi in room or reception Minimal light in actual room Unreachable receptionist during office hours The restaurant opposite has an agreement with the hotel that the large doors are left open in the evenings, allowing a lot of noise from the street

We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Nonna Jole! The location was perfect in the historic center of Lecce. Restaurants and bars nearby made it very vibrant and it felt like a warm welcome when you came back to the heart of Lecce. The room with the roof terrace was a nice accommodation with enough privacy. The roof terrace had a beautiful view over the center. The room and bathroom were cozy and clean. (The bathroom and bedroom were cleaned every day) Breakfast is exactly as described, in a café close to the B&B. However, we don't like sweets for breakfast ourselves, so we rarely or never ate breakfast there. The staff of the cafe were very sweet and helpful. The host of B&B Nonna Jole is a cheerful man who is always up for a chat and asks how you are doing and if everything is allright. Despite the language barrier, we could always understand each other and he was therefore always able to help us.
