Palazzo Sant'Anna Lecce

The location in the historic center was perfect for sightseeing. The old palazzo has been renovated beautifully. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, and the breakfast was amazing. nothing

The location of this property was outstanding for touring the historical center of Lecce. The palazzo is beautiful and the staff make the experience one of a kind. They even went out of the way to coordinate a delicious birthday cake and balloons in the room with candles to blow out for my son’s birthday. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with good beds. Breakfast was in a gorgeously decorated dining room and the staff were always available to answer questions on text, help with luggage and gave recommendations on places to see when we arrived. It was a wonderful stay on our week in Puglia.

We were upgraded to the best room in the hotel, which was magnificent. Since we arrived we were received with warmth and special dedication by the staff in reception, the great general manager and the beautiful ladies in the breakfast room. Everything was spotless. We highly recommend this Palazzo to everyone that wants to spend some time in Lecce. What’s not to like?

I have traveled all over the world and it doesn’t get any better than this hotel! Cozy, warm, luxury but not pretentious. Decor is fabulous and the spa was perfect when we had a rainy day! The staff is trained to make sure you are perfectly taken care of. I didn’t want to leave! Nothing. I loved it all.

Outstanding in every category. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, the rooms well appointed and comfortable, the spa a real treat after long sightseeing walks. Also, great food at afternoon appetizers and breakfast.

I rarely write reviews for hotels but this was a 10/10 all around. The staff was so welcoming and warm and hotel was so charming. Can’t recommend this place enough. Must stay here when visiting Lecce.

Charming, old building and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. Our only "nit" was some of the pastries were a bit dry.

Everything Nothing

This was without a doubt and the best hotel Stay I’ve ever had. The hotel staff was truly outstanding, and I can’t emphasize that more. They made every day terrific. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The property was in a great location in the beautiful city of Lecce. The hotel is charming and well kept. We received an upgrade since we were staying for a week. The furnishings and linens were lovely and the breakfasts were divine . They provided gluten free options for me that were delicious. The staff is really what made this hotel so special, they were all so kind and helpful and made our stay superb. Nothing

A very warm welcome by the staff who could not do enough to look after our family. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the breakfast was excellent. It was great for families as our room had a third bed on a mezzanine. The location was very close to the centre of Lecce with all the bars and restaurants a short stroll away. And they took our car away and brought it back whenever we wanted to use it. A perfect stay.

A palazzo gem, fully restored and beautifully designed for a tranquil and relaxing stay. Wonderfully attentive staff make you feel as comfortable as home. Breakfast and evening wines were first class. Not to be missed, this place will restore your energy.
