Well located! Easy walk to the center, spacious, great host!

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even let us borrow a beach umbrella, which was a thoughtful touch. We decided to pay for breakfast on our first morning, and it was absolutely worth it. The hotel’s location was excellent—just a 5-minute walk from one of the Old City’s main gates. Free street parking was also easy to find, making our stay even more convenient. Nothing

Easy 9 minute walk from train station and also close to old town centre; very clean room and bathroom; comfortable bed, sitting area with sofas; great shower. Outdoor courtyard with tables and chairs where we ate the simple Italian breakfast provided. There was also indoor common sitting & dining rooms. Ground level access ( just a few steps). Host very pleasant and helpful with suggestions for restaurants, points of interests and other suggestions. Accommodating when we needed an extra half hour for check out. Beautiful place. We recommend and would like to stay again . Nothing not to like. Just sorry we only booked one night!

Excellent host and communication! Great location nearby one of three entrances to centro storico. Easy street parking. Large two room unit. Heated towel rack. Good value! Airbnb corporate feel with no character. The shower head was not good quality. The shower shelf fell many times. Little bottles of shower gel/shampoo seem cheap motel-like. Garden is just four table-and-chair sets with ashtrays on table tops.

Location, staff, rooms and parking ? -

Location was very convenient. It was a five minute walk to the historical centre of Lecce. During our stay at BnB FICO we were able to find free overnight parking across the street from the property. Our room was very spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. The patio outside our room was also very convenient. The rooms were on first floor which is helpful when travelling with suitcases. Our host Elisa was very professional and helpful. She accommodated us on our early check-in request. We appreciated her restaurant recommendations and sites to visit. She also followed up with us during our stay via WhatsApp to make sure all was going well which was very thoughtful. Everything was great.

Great location. Only few minutes to historic center. Loved to have free parking close to the hotel. Very elegantly decorated and loved the big room. Friendly reception staff. Nice amenities like coffee, water, etc. Too short of a stay. Wished I could have more time here!

Super friendly host and service manager. Location was great for exploring Lecce. You have a personal space in the community fridge and free cold water. Also the size of the room was nice. Possibility of optional breakfast was also a nice service. Oh and there are (baby) turtles in the garden! You should respect the others and keep quiet when coming home as the sound level could raise badly. The doors do not seal because they are old. The coffee in the room was terrible – bit a shame for Italy. The fixture of the hand shower was broken. Be aware of many mosquitos but there is a anti mosquito plug in the room.

Everything was great. Very friendly staff, clean room, great location close to the historic city centre ?? I would recommend it. Ask for a room away from the main street. We had the room with a window to the main street, which makes it louder... also during the night.
