Great location - 5-10 walk to Old Town! The room was incredibly clean, and Rosario was very accommodating throughout our stay, providing us with great recommendations! He prepared a delicious breakfast every morning with a great variety of items, such as pastries, bread, eggs, yogurt, juice, fruit, cookies, pasticciotto, and more. Overall, a great place to stay to explore Lecce and neighboring cities. The room was on the smaller side, as it was just a bedroom and bathroom, but it was incredibly clean and had everything we needed.

The location was amazing and the room was wonderful with a terrace that let us sit out at night. Rossario was an amazing host going above and beyond expectations; he made us feel very welcome! Nothing could be faulted; it was great.

All was very good. Location is close to old town and you can find parking on the streets, but pay attention at the signals. Rosario is the best host. He is nice, cool, helpful with very good tips. This is not a problem, just an advice: avoid heavy luggage... a few steps up to the room.

Good location easy to access the main tourist areas. The parking was a breeze and it was free. Very nice sheets and towels, good water pressure with a nice shower, modern bathroom, prosecco and coffee available. Safe. More beer & wine available in fridge for a small fee. Close to good restaurants. Beautiful tile and wood porcelain floors! This is more like a small apartment. Good communication from the host. I would highly recommend and would stay here again when visiting Lecce. Minor suggestions and please note that none of these would stop me from booking here again: no microwave or stovetop or sink; except the sink in the bathroom. Small shared terrace with teeny chairs and no view. Suggestion to have knife n silverware available. No lift if you have heavy luggage or problems with stairs as the first floor has steep stairs.

We had a really nice stay in Lecce! The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location made it easy to explore the city on foot, and Rosario was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great spot to spend a few days in Lecce, everything worked well and we left happy. Nothing!

Parking on the street was a little difficult as we were there on Friday and Saturday and it was very busy, understandably so.

It was in proximity to historic center 5 min walk. Quiet at night unlike lodging in center of Lecce. Rosario was a ver nice polite and helpful proprietor of the B&B. Private room w private beautiful bathroom the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious- and in room cappucino maker! It was no problem for me, but there are 25 steps from ground to room. I liked it! If you are not able to climb stairs you’ll have to skip this one

This clean, simply upscale decorated property is so close to the Centro Storico it is well worth the booking! Along with the available free street parking, this is a win! Quite a bit small, only your own charming space. Be ready for no reception or common area for breakfast, and to eat in your cute room.

Perfect location, great host, very clean and spacious. Great host communication and he was very very helpful and kind. Loved the patio and the kitchen It was hot and took a while to cool down but take that with a grain of salt bc I’m American and used to everywhere being on high ac in the summer.

Great location, nice property. Rosario was very nice and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. Wifi could be better. This was minor, though.

First class B&B at a five to ten-minute walk from the railway station and the old town. An elegant room, carefully renovated and decorated in modern style with lots of hints of local tradition. Impeccably clean and well cared for. The bed most comfortable. Excellent breakfast with a variety of homemade local delicacies like il pasticciotto pugliese. Rosario is a most welcoming and devoted host and always willing to help. The atmosphere in his B&B is very relaxed and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lecce. N/A

Great location, very close to the old town of Lecce. The host, Rosario, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He seemed genuinely interested in his guests, and gave good advice on parking options. We always got a parking space in the streets around the apartment, even on Friday and Saturday night, so no issues at all. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment. There was wine, beer, yoghurt etc in the fridge, which you could buy. Handy if you arrive late, although there's also a supermarket at the end of the street if you want to stock up. The bathroom from the next room juts out into the room we were in, and we could hear everything that happened there...unfortunately the person staying there was on the same time schedule as us, so we heard every time they went to the bathroom, turned on taps, shower etc.. There's no sound proofing. It was a bit disturbing to be honest. Other than that, it was good.
