Location was great, near many things and all within walking distance. Communication was great with prompt responses. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and meets our needs When we had a small issue with the air conditioning it was promptly taken care of. Parking was a little far away.

Good proximity to center of old town. Easy to check in. Site manager was very helpful with suggestions. Shabby, dusty, peeling paints crumbling interior walls, poorly furnished, hard, squeaky uncomfortable bed. The area was nice until you turned into the access lane, which was generally populated with unsavory types and filthy with refuse. Hot water kettle was disgusting, I had to clean it thoroughly. Breakfast was limited and mediocre.

Located in the centre of Lecce, walking distance to all attractions and restaurants, this old house made great impression. Room was nicely maintained and enough for 4 persons.. The hosts were waiting for us and explain us some detail of the city.

The owner was replied to my esquires very promptly & gave me directions on where to park. Tbf I should of given them an arrival time which I didn't & had to wait some time for agent to arrive. When she did arrive she was well mannered. There was graffiti on the walls opposite apartments which was unsightly.

Nice location and 15 mins walk from the train station Room was smaller than expected. Breakfast included should not be a deal breaker but it was a nice layout

Good location in the old town, but hard to get too with luggage. Bed was very hard and not comfortable. Could not drive to the unit. The breakfast was pre packed food left in the unit. This was not my idea of a B&B.

This hotel is a newly renovated old building with unique features. The male host is experienced in hotel management and can fully understand and meet the needs of guests, especially remotely guiding guests on how to check in; the female host is elegant and enthusiastic, especially the rich breakfast reflects the host's meticulousness and thoughtfulness. It is very important to inform the hotel management in advance.
