The financial and legal sector are 5 mins walk from the hotel and the university and hospital a 10-15 min walk or 5 minute taxi ride. There are a number of eclectic restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs within 2 mins walk from the hotel. We offer a seated continental breakfast in our breakfast room. If you wish to have a Grab and Go breakfast, you need to request it at reception on booking or the night before. It will consist of coffee, a muffin or flapjack, a yogurt and water. A TV with Freeview channels and tea/coffee making facilities in each spacious room. Wi-Fi access is available and all rooms have a private bathroom. The Victoria Quarter, with its elegant shopping arcades and boutique shops, is just a 5-minute walk away. Leeds Cathedral is a 10-minute walk away and the Royal Armories Museum can be reached after a 15-minute walk.

It is clean, comfortable and close to station. Its location makes it very noisy at night. We only stayed one night so may have been unlucky but lot of shouting in the street early hours. Breakfast is uninspiring.

Very convenient location near station & town centre Plumbing needs fixing - no cold water in sink nor shower & boiling hot water. More attention needed to getting the basics right.

Great location. Good check-in experience with Andres. Extra large bath towel was great - most places have postage stamp sized towels! Quite convoluted to get to our room (two different lifts and several corridors) - but this was more comical than inconvenient!

Very clean and ideal location for city centre and railway station. Beds / pillows a bit hard and a lot of noise outside late at night and early mornings.

Location. It was steps from the train station. There was an unexpected construction at the train station entry which wasn’t forewarned about. This necessitated an elaborate walk-around detour very late at night when the train arrived. The streets were deserted, a little intimidating for a solo traveler.
