Exceptional

Very well presented. Everything you need for a 2 night stay. Very clean and comfortable. Close yo the train station. Plenty to do around. The tables in the breakfast area are a bit basic, and make it look like a back street coffee shop.

The Hotel is very smart, the breakfast was gorgeous the location couldn't be better. One criticism which isn't the hotels fault is that the adjoining room was very noisy and they left the TV on high all night so didn't get much sleep. However the beds were lovely and comfortable and the facilities were 2nd to none. A fabulous stay would definitely stay again Just the adjoining room because of the noise not the hotels fault.

Nice modern hotel in good location. Hood value for money. Only real ißue was house. Reception out us right next to yhe guest laundry and we heard lots of repeated door banging. Fortunately, we could not hear the machines. Being located right next to the main railway station was a convenient location, and although you were aware of the trains, it was not really an issue.

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, even an espresso maker. The bed was large and comfortable. It was quiet, yet had a very quick lift to reach the ninth floor. There was plenty of space to relax and a large shower. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, it was no trouble to leave our luggage for four hours after we had checked out, so that we could come back and collect it when we were heading off to our train home. The aparthotel is within a few minutes of the train station (walking) so is perfectly placed for train travellers like ourselves. Breakfast was included, this being an all you can eat cooked buffet with continental options, which was very generous given how inexpensive our stay was. We were most impressed and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. This will be our first choice on any further visits to Leeds. I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay more enjoyable.

Great size rooms,friendly staff,lovely breakfast and great location No parking,made the mistake of parking in the multi storey ( Q Park ) which cost £36 for less than 24 hrs. Found one the next day 5 min walk away from hotel which was £9 for the same length of time.

Enjoyed the studio style room . The buffet breakfast had a good selection of frequently stocked options. Queueing for hot drinks. A separate dispenser for hot water would have been good.

Location and in-room facilities Nothing to dislike, sink leaked in kitchenette at the weekend when there was no maintenance support but we were offered a new room (which we didn’t take). Maintenance girl came on Monday AM and promptly fixed the issue.

The staff where absolutely lovely and very accommodating the room was lovely definetly worth the booking We didnt like the bathroom light being automatic especially through the night with no way to turn it off
