The hot water machine was usually not working. Housekeeping: they knocked and I would tell them to come in but no one did and it happened a couple of times.

The room was very clean and comfortable if a little basic however we expected this for the price and we only stayed for one night.It was also quiet and we didn't hear any noise in the night despite England playing in the world cup during the early hours so we were pleasantly surprised. We also had a superb view over Leeds city centre as our room aws high up at the front of the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast the following morning it is continental but good quality and we enjoyed cereal, toast, croissant with jam, orange juice, yogurt and muffins as well as tea and coffee. Staff were very nice and friendly and replaced breakfast items promptly. It's a bit of a walk from the nearest car park on the city docks especially if you have heavy bags but not too bad. It's about a 10-15 min walk into the retail part of the centre where there are pubs and restaurants and we got a bit lost returning to the hotel.

Close to centre only The room lacked basic amenities. There was no drinking water, no telephone to contact the reception desk, even in case of an emergency, and no refrigerator. For the breakfast = 2/10

The breakfast, for £8.50 was pretty good -- a buffet-style continental breakfast.

Location was great, so close to the leeds Playhouse and also the city. Room was budget but very comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental but absolutely fine and set us up for the rest of the day It was also nice and cool during the heatwave outside

Really good and convenient location. Staffs are nice, and room is clean. Putting some electric plugs near the bed would be nice. All the plugs are so far away from the bed.

Overall the entire stay we received great customer service and happy with the room no tea and coffee faciltilies in the bedrooms

Both our nights were interrupted by other guests. First night there were a group of people talking loudly and shouting in the corridor between 2 and 3 am. Second night we had strangers knocking on our door early in the morning!

The location was very good and within walking distance of the event, which is why I chose this place. The breakfast and the staff were both very good, and the room was sufficiently clean. The furniture in the room felt a bit old, and the bed was not very comfortable. The internet connection was extremely poor; when I tried to watch something, it never really loaded, so I eventually gave up. The floor was also quite cold since it was made of stone, so bringing slippers might make the stay more comfortable. There was also not much space in the room to place or organize personal belongings, especially if you will stay longer.

Rooms were just small.
