Location is perfect for the city center and train station It’s starting to look tired. The lifts were hit and miss. They failed during my stay leaving only 1 operational. A second one worked the following day, the third did not come on line at all. The house keeping was quite slap dash, they left dirty cups and glasses rather than washing them. They didn’t replenish the used coffee or milk. I didn’t get any bottled water. For over £100 a night there a better options in the area, which will explore on my next trip to Leeds

Location very central. Breakfast choice good; professional, friendly staff, clean bathroom. Useful fridge in room. Old stains on carpets in room 509, lifts long waits. My first time in Leeds, seemed a bit worn. Cold room - air con temperature would respond so just went to bed. It would take too long too wait for lift to go down stairs and ask for assisstance.

Rooms need upgrading. Carpet stains, dusty etc. If this was executive I'd hate to see the standard! The bar lad was canny, but the make up dollys on reception were only bothered about how they looked. Two lifts from three were broken, so waiting to go to floor 16 was a wait. Charged for breakfast after stay which I didn't even book. As above.

Convenient for railway station and getting to Headingley. Nice bar, good staff. The lifts were awful and were all out of order on the Thursday evening! We had to climb to the 10th floor!!

Room big, bed big, bathroom big. Great view. Ironing board and iron. Coffee/tea making OK. Hairdryer. Almost everything you’d expect. All lifts didn’t work. 2 out of 3 out of order. No water or nibbles (e.g. biscuits) in room. Big bar closed completely. Wee bar only open until 11:00 pm.
