Lefkadio

my vacation was ruined as i was not given the room i paid for. the property owner did not respond to my requests to give me what i paid for but claimed that he upgraded me when he cleraly downgraded me into some old apartment form a junior maissonete that i paid for. i would never go back to this property as they never even came to talk to me only the recepsionist which she only claimed that she is new here and she was given this orders. tried to messafe them but never got a response i got videos and photos that i will post so that other travelers be careful of this owner this property to stay away. also i am dissapointed with booking team to resolve the issue and put pressure on the property as they needed more than 24 hours to get back at me and i was given back booking credit 33 % of my original paid room to use as credit and not money back, booking claiming that they did not reach an agreement with the property when clearly form my evidence that i submited to them the sold my room and gave me some old apartment and either take it or leave it.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and delivered to your room with a smile! Early check in was provided, everyone was friendly. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Near the bus station. Good AC and heat. The balcony and drying rack needed cleaning, sink clogged with hair, that’s about it.

From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. My key was prepared and ready at reception, which made check-in effortless. The entire hotel is wonderfully clean, and my room was truly beautiful , spacious, stylish, and perfectly maintained. I had such a lovely stay. I will definitely return! Location is also perfect. It’s a 5 minute walk to the big busstation and 5 min walk to the city Lefkada.

Room flooded and nearly slipped on the tiled floor - either water coming from the refrigerator or the airconditioner - reported issue to front desk - very dangerous as lots of pooling of water - went to bathroom did not see water all over the floor near the front door (kitchenette area) in the dark and nearly slipped/fell easily causing injury. Also the location is quite far to walk to all the cafes and old town.

Lefkadio was amazing, Sonia was so so helpful, friendly and professional and made me feel very welcome. Every area was immaculate, my room was beautiful with everything I needed with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the pool. Lefkadio is right next to the bakery, a 5 minute walk to 2 large supermarkets and 10 minutes into the town. Thank you so much for making my stay fabulous. Every at Lefkadio was perfect.

the rooms are very big and clean. the location is OK. not too far from center and marina. we had a good expirience. breakfast was delicious all was good

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good!

The room itself was ok and had plenty of space. The experience with the staff was mediocre since we got to the hotel I was told something by the receptionist but didn't happen. Mediocre breakfast, awful experience as a whole

What a fabulous facility! Everything went well, and we were able to adjust our schedule as well. Management is truly exceptional thanks to Sonia's dedication to total customer satisfaction. She was able to arrange anything we needed, anytime. The hotel is spotless, the area quiet, breakfasts are beyond exceptional and the location is great if you come by car. Inner Lefkada town is not car friendly but you will need one for touring the rest of the island. Some reviewers talk about the need for renovation but that is incorrect. The hotel is spotless and well maintained although a few things here and there may be 3-5 years old. Eventually there will need to be a few charging bays installed in the parking area, but that's it.

Great location close to Lefkas marina, and 2 supermarkets. The room was great, with living, bedroom and a huge bathroom. Very quiet, great pool. Also, very safe area and parking spot.

Terrific breakfast. The room was a nice size. The floor tile needed grout cleaning as well as the bathroom shower frame. The hotel is showing a little of its age.

No complaints.

We got a very nice breakfast brought in our room. The location was also good close to the marina and to the center we could easily walk. Supermarket and bakery close by. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Exceptional

Sonja welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a free upgrade to a better room! Fantastic start of our stay ? The room was spotless and smelt lovely. The balcony in the front of the building had shutters so that the light didn’t pass through the curtains, which we loved since we are light sleepers. The bathroom had a rusty spot in the bath, but we understand that that is not easily fixed. Sonja also told us that she was going to renovate the bathrooms soon, so we don’t see any issue with that. The location is perfect, it’s a 20 minute walk to the center and it was very quiet during the night. J When leaving Lefkada, Sonja had a lovely interaction with us and told us to stop by Nefpaktos to get a coffee - a perfect recommendation which we followed up on. Great stay and I would book again here when we are back in Lefkada!

Sonia and her team are wonderful. Very friendly and efficient. The rooms are very spacious and we loved the furnishings. Great balcony overlooking the pool with mountain view. An excellent breakfast was delivered to our room. (Omelette, toast, various jams, cake, fruit, fresh orange juice and hot drinks.) 15 mins (flat) walk into town and 5 mins from the bus station and marina. This was our second stay and will look to use again.
