I enjoyed nothing about staying here. It was bit of a disaster and my worst experience of booking.com The room had a damp mouldy smell and was quite dirty. There was black mouldy looking thing on the bathroom walls. Hot water didn’t work and I had to ask the reception twice to turn it on, on the two occasions I needed to shower. There was no blanket/duvet given either. The place looked like it was falling apart. Also, the kitchen opens out into the corridor and the cooking smell permeates the whole building which was really unpleasant. I don’t feel my stay was worth 500 rupees let alone the 1500+ rupees I paid.

Amazing staff, especially the receptionist. Perfect location near the center of Leh. Clean, spacious room. Food available at very reasonable prices. Very happy with my stay. Many dishes listed on the menu not available. Would help if there were a brief description of what some local dishes were.

The breakfast was OK and the location was close to the main market. The Room service personnel were very positive and accommodative. The rooms were spacious. The bath room odour was a little strong. The access to he bath room was via a big step, this step could have been broken down into two steps. The quilt cover especially seemed as though it was not changed or fresh.

The staff are good and supportable. The location is also good it's nearest to Leh palace and the main market. The bedsheet is in two parts so it's quite uncomfortable for the couple. And some cleaning issues were faced.

Proximity to city center, reception was helpful sometimes, rooms were clean in comparison to some places I've stayed in india They don't provide fresh towels during my many nights here, no blankets on the beds, some visitors were running around drunk at midnight and staff did nothing as there other guests were trying to sleep, some times there was hot water and if you awake late after other people you don't get hot water, one room 303 I got an electric surge in my hand after touching the shower tap to turn it off, that could have literally killed me, some times there was a smell of sewage

Location was very near to leh market however it was in street but very near to leh The basic facilities were not there, staff was not aware about the etiquette, even the water was not kept in the room and on requesting to give the water it took more than 2 hours and after getting there by myself they gave the water. Rooms lights were not working, linens were dirty and it was not worth what I had paid for
