An excellent spot by the main drag and next to the tour booking agencies. The rooftop area has a fine view of the mountains. The extra charge for breakfast

Amazing location. Clean and comfortable.

The staff were great! They are nice and very helpful with altitude sickness, there is free oxygen available. Close to the market. The pictures are too different from reality. This is not a renovated hotel, it's old, the tiles are broken, no room cleaning and service, there is nothing in the room! There no tissues, no kettle for hot water, no heating... I don't know how it's 2 star.

The rooms were large and comfortable and the location was really central. The rooftop garden with views of the Palace was a bonus. And finally, the staff were great and so helpful. Due to the altitude of Leh it can be taxing walking up 3 flights of stairs so anyone with cardiac issues should request a ground floor room.

Staff were amazing, always helpful. The hotel is located at a great spot, very close to the central pedestrian street in Leh. We had free parking in a safe area for our motorcycle. They also kept our suitcases while we travelled with a motorcycle. The WiFi reception in the rooms on the first floor was quite bad. We had to ask for new bed sheets once as the ones we had seemed to not have been properly cleaned. The staff responded immediately though.
