Staff is very cooperative. Food is decent. Cleanliness and Hygiene. Washrooms dont get cleaned daily and bedsheets weren't changed for a new guest. Which was quite surprising. The cafe doesn't get cleaned by the time of breakfast.

Location, atmosphere and on top of that, people around, start with owner whom I met on my way to hostel, through a nice guys at reception to guys who work in kitchen and as maintenance in place :-))) Place is clean, comfy, with nice „living room” by reception and equally good rooftop terrace, really handy on sunny days, even at the time of Ladakh winter season ;-) I had some porridge for breakfast, which was really good ;-) same with cup of ginger lemon tea and some noodles. It’s simple food but tasty ;-) All in all, if you are looking for atmosphere rather than 5* hotels, then definitely you should go and stay in Zostel ;-)
