I couldn't try the breakfast I paid for, because my flight was early in the morning and there wasn't any option to exclude the breakfast from the price. I also didn't like the smell in the area just 20 m prior to the hotel. Thankfully the smell does not reach the hotel, but you can feel it all the way down when you walk from and to the hotel and the U-bahn stop. Was the fridge in the room on or off? No indication.a

Friendly staff, convenient location, staffed reception at late hour, comfortable hotel Pillow was ridiculous - barely a pillow, half filled and completely inadequate

Very clean, good service and great value for money. The Check in and Check out process was very smooth and if we visit Stuttgart we will be visitors again.

The split my family to 2 rooms on different floors. We could not reach each other because the floor access is only with a keycard for the floor. At the end after some discussion they gave us duplicate keys so we can reach each other rooms.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean just as it had been on my previous 2 visits over 5 years ago. The car park charges were a little expensive.

Lack of service for the room, necessary to hier personnel! Electric kettle and minibar not in the room, which is necessary especially when tired guests are not ready to come down to take beverages and/or hot water from the lobby!

Very conveniently located if you are in transit, being 2 min away from the highway and 5 from the airport. Rooms are basic, but beds are very comfortable. We arrived around midnight with two little children sleeping on our arms. The receptionist kept us about 15 minutes to checkin, having the excuse that he is busy with another client (that was checking the accuracy of some information online, from her telephone). When we were finally taken into account and asked for two rooms next to each other (being 2 adults with 2 kids), the receptionist apologized that there is no availability for giving us the rooms on the same floor. But one of the rooms was wrongly given to us because it had single occupancy only. When I went back to the reception (had to wait another 10 min because nobody was around), I was given a second double room guess where???? On the same floor with the other room. So with all this hassle, waiting time, unavailability of the reception, we went to sleep around one and a half hour later and the RECEPTIONIST WAS A BIG LIAR.
