Clean, convenient, great restaurant and food. Hotel provided better pillows after suffering the first night with bad pillows. Beds were too firm and pillows were super flat. However staff supplied better pillows after suffering the first night.

Great Full Service Hotel with excellent breakfast, multiple dining options, and very good Gym, Sauna, and relaxation facilities. Also, has excellent location to transportation network and variety of local dining options. Parking payment system/process could definitely be improved upon, and as you daily had to swap out your parking pass at the front desk, and potentially waiting inline of guests checking out to do this.

The location, breakfast was excellent, the room and sheets were nice and clean. There is S-Bahn right by the hotel. There was no kettle in the room. The pillows were very soft.

mostly everything but especially the restaurant and the food (best burger I've had in a while) although quite pricey but hey you cannot put a price tag on an experience ^^ and for once I had a spacy balcony where to smoke in germany hhh The only point I didn't enjoy at all are the pillows ... very flat ... very fluffy and made the sleeping experience quite uncomfortable (especially after 900KM drive)

Great hotel next to the train station to the airport. Very comfortable with an excellent breakfast buffet. Reception staff not very helpful when checking in.

We stayed at the 38 sqm apartment twice, an adult and three children. The apartment was spotless on both of our visits. It is spacious, has plenty of storage space, two TV sets, a large bathroom, and a mini kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, minifridge, and mini stovetop. There's not much room for sitting down to eat though, so don't plan on really cooking and eating in the apartment if you are more then two people. The double bed was quite comfortable. The staff at the hotel was always helpful and hospitable. Breakfast buffet was a real beast! Location is great with easy access to the highway, and a metro line and a bus terminal at the hotel's doorstep. There's a 5 EUR/day laundry facility you can get access to at the reception, but bring your own capsules, and plan ahead because their dryer is quite slow on the job. There are some supermarkets, a pharmacy, and other shops in the area. There's also a DEKRA branch nearby if you need an enviromental zone sticker for driving your car into Stuttgart. My only complaint is the sofa bed, it is ok for young children, but I wouldn't recommend it for teenagers and adults.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, good fridge, very good spa, very convenient underground parking. Upon arrival at check-in, I was given a key card, but it didn't work. The pillowcase was stained. You have to ask for a bathrobe for the sauna; normally, these should already be in the rooms. the bar closes early Saturday evening?

Great hotel, spatious and clean rooms. Super conveniently located right in front of the S-bahn station. You can get to the airport in 5-6 minutes. The breakfast was also great, lots of choice and a large dining area ? Would recommend!

Hotel was comfortable. Bed was comfortable, location was very convenient. It was just in front of metro station. Breakfast was good. It was little colder than i expected, but i guess its normal in Germany for energy saving.

Good location, friendly staff, good facilities, excellent breakfast. They have a mini brewery restaurant where we ate a nice dinner. The room was spacious and clean. The bed is big and comfortable. The housekeeper came into the room before the checkout time
