Friendly staff, peaceful, loved having a kitchenette.

I spent a week here. I did not sleep worth a darn. The rooms all had a slightly disgusting smell of old cigarettes even after being cleaned. The bed was hard, the pillows with bricks, and there were no amenities in the room except for a few packages of coffee. If you wanted anything you had to go downstairs to the front desk. No hairdryer no hygiene products. The only saving grace, with the front desk young man named Christian, who tried so hard to make my stay better.

Amazing place for the money

The room was clean. We stayed there for 5 nights and we never received clean towels. The garbage in our room was never emptied. I figured that we would have limited room cleaning but we should have been given clean towels and had the garbage emptied at least once in 5 days.

In the hallways there was the very strong smell of cat urine. You had to hold your breath to walk down the hall. The room did not smell too bad and was clean enough.

Was traveling solo and felt safe. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Full fridge was a plus— there was a stove but no utensils to use it… had to ask for a fork and spoon for my dinner.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the staff is amazing in this pet friendly hotel. They are all friendly and remember me when I return for medical procedures I have to have done in the city. The hotel has a small, comfortable courtyard that is partially shaded with trees. The kitchen area is perfect for casual needs and the hotel is more than willing to accommodate any needs you might have. I will always stay at this facility for future trips and the location is very good for access to the major highways.

Could let know no shampoo just bar soap. Other than that worth the price. Check in staff was very friendly, sorry don’t remember name.

No breakfast was served, but the kitchenette was great. The temperature inside the full size refrigerator was very cold as well as the hotel room itself. The outside the weather was hot. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The hotel was in a quiet area.

The location and staff are great! No free breakfast or swimming pool is a let down. Also have to ask for each kitchenware item and have checked out.

Old building and the gym was tiny but staff was super helpful and nice and my room was very clean and nicely kept

Location of facility was great not far from attraction we had come to the area to see. Staff were not friendly or very helpful. I was having issues with the TV in the room and I had to pretty much complain and threaten to change hotels until staff was willing to assist with the issue. And even when they did help they couldn't figure out the problem with the TV. So we pretty much didn't have a TV to watch after our long day
