The entire resort was amazing, the staff is great and very professional and the spa was unlike anything we've seen before. Definitely one of the best spa resorts we've ever been to. The breakfast is great, large variety of food and beverages and the service is exceptional. Overall it was an amazing experience, we'll definitely be coming back soon. The pillows are quite fluffy and not that comfortable, but the reception staff is more than willing to change them for an anatomical one if you ask.

It was annoying all tables in the restaurant are reserved, every morning had to run after a table! They don’t let you sit anywhere you want! When you ask they go inside check your room number and accordingly give a table! Every morning same story! Very very annoying!

Everything was perfect , The reception was not helpful and not friendly and they mostly treated you as your looking and nationality, it’s was so disappointing how such people work in such good and beautiful place

Everything is exceptional about this place.

Large room and very modern SPA area Read carefully, I want to help you not make my mistake. We are used to mid- and high-end hotels, we have recently been to 4-star and 5-star hotels, and this one is definitely not. Even though we have been to good hotels, we are very relaxed about the quality of the hotel, and I have NEVER written a bad review, but there is always a first time and I am doing this because I felt deceived by the photos and I want to warn other people. They sell the hotel by its exterior, especially the outdoor pool with the lake, which is large, in a modern style (and it is really beautiful). The hotel was initially built in 1956, and has undergone some modernizations. It turns out that it is as if the hotel was divided into two: the old side and the new side (pay close attention to this, seriously). The old part: The inside of the hotel is COMPLETELY different from what it looks like, everything is very old, old furniture, ugly walls, floors, elevator, everything! (Below are the photos). The reception is old, the floor in the restaurant area must be 50 years old, and so is the bar. Now imagine this with pink, purple, and blue lighting in various parts of this same hotel... About the room: The only positive thing is that it is large, but very old, with an old sofa and old, rough, and pilled bed sheets. (I have never seen sheets so old). The double bed is not a double, but two single beds with a separation in the middle. The blanket is also separate, with two single blankets. There is no air conditioning (honestly, I don't know how a hotel can be classified as 5 stars today without air conditioning or anything like that). About the new side of the hotel: The outdoor area and the spa are modern and very beautiful and were recently built, making the spa very modern and large. About the experience of staying here: Dinner: we ordered carpaccio as a starter and salmon with pasta as a main course. The carpaccio and pasta had no taste at all. The salmon was good.
