Great staff, great location next to the ski slope, good food. We ended up in a room on the ground floor with a view of the parking lot and parked cars. That was quite a disappointment, and I didn’t feel like I was getting value for my money. I don’t understand why a hotel like this has rooms on the ground floor in the first place. At the very least, they should make sure guests know they are booking a ground-floor room and offer a discount for it. Also, both the wellness area and the ski room are quite small, so it’s not a very pleasant experience during busy hours.

Great location and the staff was super friendly, especially the restaurant staff. The food was excellent both in terms of breakfast and dinner. Facilities are somewhat lacking. The ski room is pretty small and can get very crowded. And there's essentially no facilities in any way for kids, which is a big drawback. Also, staff was somewhat inflexible with allowing us to use facilities on the check out day. It was essentially strictly prohibited which wasn't very courteous.

This place is beautiful and awesome ! The staff is welcoming and considerate. We got a free pass to a nearby mountain tram which was really nice for us. The rooms are clean and classy with super comfortable beds! They had a laundry room where guests could do their laundry which we were really needing, and the breakfast is incredible, including Super good hot chocolate and custom made omelets, besides the amazingly wonderful buffet! The food at their restaurant for dinner was one of the best in our Europe trip! We were completely happy with our stay here would have liked to stay longer. How upon arrival, it appears to be on a crowded street. It gives the idea on the listing to be out there, situated, all four sides on spacious green acres. However, It does back up to a lovely grassy mountainside and adjacent to a very lovely , grassy hill . We still love the place!

The housekeeping services are not up to acceptable standards. I have to ask for everything like tissue rolls even after cleaning service is done. The room is not cleaned well even after cleaning service is done. They changed the bed sheet in day 4. The rooms are not noise proof, You can hear everything. Breakfast is very limited.

Nothing was to not be liked

Very nice hotel with amazing restaurant and food for breakfast and dinner. 12 minute walk to the cable car or 2 minute drive. Not much of a spa. And no massage service

Very nice rooms, very good food, very nice staff. We had a room upgrade in the same price. The hotel is directly on the slopes. Nothing! Everything is great.
