The location was wonderful. Maybe the best spot for being close to the sea. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was ok but we didn’t expect no window to see anything outside. The lack of the view.

Poor breakfast, at evening we had dinner at the resterant ,which has different owner, they had too many mistakes by the bill...it was not nice

Vest location, with a private beach. Very comfy bed and very beautiful sea view. Also staff is very nice:) For breakfast there were not so many options, but I came in off season.

The location of this property was wonderful. The amenities that it offered were also wonderful. The property could be updated, but honestly, I was perfectly content

One of the nicest holiday experiences ever. Deborah and Lara are running this place wonderfully, and the rest of the staff was also extremely nice. The balconies are right over the water with great views. We loved it.

Can't think of anything. I was afraid it would be loud as my room was right on the street, but it was quiet and restful.

Location is fabulous. 15 min of a lovely walk along the sea front to Lerici town centre. Just 5 min walk to San Terenzo centre. Very little. Breakfast not the best.

hotel is situated pretty well on the first line to the sea, lady on the reception was really nice to us, helped with parking etc breakfast was poor but ok, I'd mark hotel as 3 stars. it was +30 the room was on sunny side and AC didn't work + dj was playing on first floor of property quite loud, dude on reception said AC is not working because its restricted by government these month and he can't do anything about dj because it's not their part of building, he refused to change the room as well, I asked to call seniors but he said they're not responding, I agreed with dj to lower bass, did it myself. This guy on the reception was useless thus smiling, I hate this being honest, I was driving from Lombardia pretty all day and couldn't recreate.

Staff were excellent, especially Lara, who spoke very good English. Location right on the water, walking distance to selection of dining options in San Terenzo Fery to Cinque Terre docks at Lerici, a 20-minute walk from hotel Excellent restaurant on site

Great location, beautiful views of the bay. Lovely reception staff and a nice breakfast. You drop off your bags and then you can park for free a short walk away which is excellent as parking is at an absolute premium in this resort. Maybe move to more environmentally friendly toiletries.
