After checking-in at the grubby lobby, we walked past piles of old building materials in the parking lot. Nothing builds confidence in an establishment like passing old toilets, tile and drywall on the way to your room. The hallway to our room was as dingy as the lobby. Surprisingly enough, the room itself was cleaner than the rest of the property. I was cautiously optimistic that my husband and I would survive the night until we laid down. I didn't know that a mattress could be so thoroughly worn out and terrible - a strange mix of no springs, lumps, a taco shape and oddly enough - a slant that made it feel like we would slide out of bed. Needless to say, my husband has declared that I am no longer able to book our hotel rooms....

With it being 110 degrees outside, it was wonderful to have a great running air conditioner room! With plenty of open and free parking and ease of access, I will stay here again if the opportunity to visit the Lewiston, Idaho/Clarkston, WA Valley arrives.

As for the rest; that hotel is an absolute joke. It was 100+ degrees in Lewiston the weekend we were there. Not only did they not have working air conditioners in any rooms, they were doing renovation in so many rooms, customers could not be moved. The best temp we could get out of the ac AND the replacement ac was a luke warm. Not good after moving furniture in the hot weather all day long. Next, we were given a room that had the bathroom recently renovated. Great, right? Ha! Absolutely BS! There was drywall dust everywhere. Including the towels, which we didn't see until after a some of us too showers. After maintenance came in and attempted to fix both ac units, we gave up on staying in the sweltering room, and moved to a much nicer hotel. We've had a couple other problems with this hotel, but wanted to give them one more chance. Most of the employees have been great during our other couple visits but we will not be giving them a chance ever again. Also to mention, all the ice machines were broken down and none of the hallway air conditioners were working either! This hotel is a definite get what you pay for. Oh and up charging almost 8 times the regular amount (as in $800+) for these rooms during the college graduation week in May is a scam and should be considered fraud!!!

Good location, quiet room. Bathroom sink did not drain properly and found hair in the sink and toilet areas.

You get more than you pay for
-
Dirty floors, leftover food still in fridge when arriving… gross
-
The beds were comfortable It was a little noisy

The lady at the front seat was very kind and helpful, but the elevator was filthy, and the room wasn’t very clean either. Breakfast wasn’t very much either. I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was dirty and had looked like it had not been swept in days. The bathroom had balled up hair on the floor and hair stuck to the bathroom door. The beds had crumbs on top. And our room was next to the construction of the other rooms (the entire hall) and we were never told/warned. So we walked out of the elevator to tools all over the hallway, loud noise and dust everywhere. If the other hotels were not full we would have moved in a heartbeat.

Clean room and good variety for breakfast. Quiet, after workers done renovating rooms. Fast food restaurants across the street.

The hallway floors were dirty. The bed looked like it had just been fluffed. The curtains on the windows would not stay closed by themselves.

The room is clean and that is what I appreciate the most. We stayed in one of the “old” rooms and most things in it, especially the floor, seemed new. The mattress was the worst mattress I’ve felt. I thought they had bundled up comforters and put them in place of the mattress. I literally didn’t think we had a mattress. But we had a very old, completely compressed mattress. There was no give at all. They are remodeling so there was lots of noise. In my opinion, they don’t need to remodel at all. The rooms are absolutely adequate. Take the $ you’d spend on the remodel and invest it in good mattresses. You’d be full every night. For the price and the fact that it’s clean, I will likely be back.

Hotels is under construction in parts, but it didn’t bother us at all, as it wasn’t during normal sleeping hours. Loved our spacious room with 4 beds! Great water pressure in shower.

The room was clean, but we did a family room that was for eight and there was only four towels we had to ask for more towels the kids crawling around on the floor. The floors looked clean, but their feet were black so they need to take a wet damn cloth over the floors after each visit, but the sheets and bedding was clean.
