Staff were amazing and helpful. The breakfast choices were tasty; close to a great breakfast spot on one of the parking lot and sushi dinner on the other. Beds were a bit uncomfy and keys demagnetized easily, but otherwise a great stay.

My young daughter in her pack n play almost grabbed ther ac unit was full of black mold the front dest workers were incredibly rude and questioned why we ewere even there at check in if I could give a big fat 0 star i would i don't recommend staying there or let alone taking you family here absolutely disgusting

Coffee had no creamer. Hot tub was broken, mold is every where. Dirty needles under bed. Horrible breakfast with dry biscuits. We will never return to any of those hotels

When we arrived, we arrived to fresh blood all over the bed. There were people in the driveway clearly on drugs. People in the hallway on drugs, and people in the elevator on drugs. It smells like cigarette smoke in the entire building.

The staff member/clerk that helped us was friendly, helpful and wonderful. Can't remember his name now!!! 30's, sandy hair, did his best despite challenging facilities. Our 1st rooms tv box didn't work (#214)(We also noted that the door had at some point been jimmied open and was cockeyed and the lock area messed up). We were upgraded to a better room (#222), in which we found that the A/C only blew air, not cold air. So it was quite warm inside, but it was already late and we didn't want to swap rooms again. About 10pm, our clerk called to say that there was a water leak that was dropping onto our vehicle (under the building overhang) and would we please move our car. He offered to wash the car for us, we declined as it was not his fault, and we had many dirty miles to go the next day. In short, the desk clerk deserves a medal, but the maintenance guy is out to lunch.

Not the newest hotel but the staff is super friendly and helpful, my room was clean, comfortable bed and handy location

Swimming pool wasn't open.

In a pinch it’s ok to stay. The smell in the halls and rooms was like dog. The pool and hot tub were not in use and breakfast was very minimal. Outside of the property looked a little shady and run down. Rooms were really outdated and furniture was very old. They said they were u fee construction but I never seen any.

Terrible. This place should be shut down. Absolutely disgusting and worn out. We arrived, checked in, and immediately regretted it. Checked out immediately. Look elsewhere.
