Great location to Rupp Arena. Room 603 needs a refresh. Could use some updating, new furniture, bathtub.

The comfort of the bed and pillows. Best nights sleep I have had in years. The Cosmo's I drank at the bar were the best I have had in KY since I moved here 3 years ago. The AC was a bit loud, but like I said, once I was asleep it did not make a difference.

I love it when a hotel has workers who are actually willing to assist you. From the front desk to the parking valets, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Parking was convenient and the location was great. The bar areas was kind of hidden and not very welcoming. Looks like it could use a refresh. The Hyatt bar was much more modern. Bar staff was friendly and helpful with information about the town.

The wood door to the room was very damaged. It actually looked like someone on multiple occasions has tried to pry the door open.
