Flooring and walls need updating.

Our carpet was pretty dirty... Guessing it was just old and had lots of messy traffic. The exhaust fan didn't work, which is inconvenient with 5 people in a room. Also, this property didn't have the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower or the hand soap and lotion dispensers by the bathroom sink. (Not sure why... We get it at other Home 2 Suites locations.) But overall, we love staying at this chain, and this location was a good stay. It just feels a little tired compared to other locations. We would stay again, though, and I highly recommend this place because it's a great bang for your buck, especially if you have 5 or 6 people sleeping in the same room.

Day of arrival person at the desk very helpful and pleasant, Mitch I believe was his name. Second day checkout person not so personable. Breakfast staff not very friendly or helpful.

The parking is abysmal. Multiple hotels and restaurants share a very congested parking area, so it was next to impossible to find a spot at all. The pool was nice, but the bottom of it either needs to be cleaned or repainted. Just showing some age.

Needs new carpet. Rooms are great. Carpet in the halls is terrible. Gives a bad vibe to a good property.

Worth the stay.

This was one of the cleanest and well maintained places that I stay in Lexington when traveling for business. I have used this hotel since it opened. It is not being kept to the normal Home 2 Standards. Carpets are stained and dingy throughout and even show spots of where spills were left and weren’t cleaned. The first two levels smell of musty odors.

Room was DISGUSTING. Floors were so grossed they turned our feet and socks black. Shower curtains were covered in mold at the bottom.

We did not use the pool so cannot comment on that. Our room was fine but the carpet was in need of replacement and the couch was full of stains. We did use the pull out which was clean and worked well. Beds were ok. Not super comfortable. I’d rate it a 3. We were only there 1 night so it worked for our family of 4. Breakfast was good.

Great place to stop on a road trip. Helpful staff, very clean room, solid hot breakfast and nice little pool and gym - we'll be back on our trips from SC to IN

Great hotel for families. It fit our family of 5 perfectly. Great little kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Everything we needed.

I liked the pool and overall cleanliness My toilet started leaking brown water from the bottom in the middle of the night. When I addressed it with the front desk their response was "it's probably a wax ring issue. I could fix that myself." But the thing is, I'm a guest in your hotel, that was pretty gross and for it to be shrugged off was kind of crazy.

A decent, cozy hotel. Standard breakfast—good enough for a quick bite. The room was reasonably clean.

Great staff and comfortable stay.

My family and I had a great experience at Home2Suites in Lexington. It was so clean and our room was huge! The breakfast was seriously amazing and changed a little each morning. Staff were kind and polite. The hotel was quiet and close to everything. We would definitely come back!

Staff was amazing!! Check in was flawless and quick. The GM came out and spoke with me. She has a great vision of how to run a Hotel.
