Friendly staff at checkin.

The bed was horribly soft as a result of age. The bedsheets were itchy, I had to change to a bed cover to stop the itching. Breakfast was horrible…how on earth would you serve the guests pre-made waffles? The cotton was also torn. No microwave

Cleanliness and comfort Hot hot the hallways and elevator are.

In the room, the carpet was stained and there was paint chips all around the air conditioner. It was also verrryyy hot in the room and the entire hallway into the room itself. Also, a personal pet peeve, but I hate when the sink is outside of the bathroom. In the bathroom, the toilet was very low to the floor and the very odd shower had a rusty towel holder, and the hinges to the restroom door were also very rusty. Continental breakfast was just okay, but for some reason, you could not bring your food up to the room. All in all, I would not return.

The hotel was fine …. Rooms were a bit dated

Clean Nothing

Very clean room and public spaces, lovely breakfast, kind staff. My main objection lies with whoever designs and furnishes the rooms. The shower didn't have a full sliding door or curtain, but rather a sort of strange glass wing that I think is supposed to keep water in, but, for example, someone stretching their leg out to shave knocks the wing out of place and the floor floods. We ended up using all of our towels to sop up the mess. Speaking of towels, they were thin and cheap, as were the pillows. While we enjoyed much of the stay, the main things you use a hotel room for—showering and sleeping—were not that fun because of the low-end materials.

Receptionist was so friendly and helpful! Very nice hotel.

The breakfast was great and the staff are very nice The pool area was filthy, there was algae and mildew all over.

Large room for our toddler to run around but sadly the carpet turned her feet/socks black. The shower head was also nearly impossible to fully turn off which explains the rust on the drain.

The size of room. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The staff was so so.

The room itself was great the furnishings I had wanted a ground floor room, but I got one on the second floor.
