We stayed one night. The hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice. The room was wonderful! Will definitely stay again!

Great stay, we like to stay here for a night in our way to visit daughter in SC. Really enjoy this hotel.

Location, cleanliness. Parking stalls were very small; hard to get in and out. The air conditioning was very noisy when it went on; awoke us in the night. The drapes could not be pulled together, by design. Light from outside thus poured in all night making it hard to sleep.

Nothing There was one dirty, smelly, slow elevator that screeched anytime it was used, and the property charged me a $75 pet fee after never mentioning it and showing me a total price for my stay that did not include this amount. I know the pet policy states that there is a pet fee, but since the manager rang me up after I signed the policy and no fee was included when she rang me up, I had assumed that they were waiving the fee like other hotels have done in the past. It’s terrible business practice to confirm a price multiple times after being told repeatedly that I was bringing a dog without ever mentioning a fee, and then charge that fee after I’ve already checked out and left the property.

The staff always had a pleasant smile for you coming in and checking out.

We did not have any hot water Saturday night or Sunday morning. We were there for a sports tournament, we were sweaty and needed showers. We were told Saturday night they flipped a breaker and hoped it would be back soon, it wasn’t. Got up at 5 am to get showers Sunday, still no hot water. They said they called maintenance but they wouldn’t be in till later in the morning. We washed off with ice cold water and went to games. One of the best parts of a hotel stay for me as a mom (who always gets the last shower at home) is having unlimited hot water. Very disappointing stay, very unhelpful, uncaring staff when asked about it. They said I would get a partial refund but I have not.

Great location near everything you could need. Staff was friendly and room was well appointed.

The breakfast lady who was taking care of things was superb. Food was pretty good except for the sausage. The patio would have been really nice if the cushions would have been on the furniture and the fire pit lit. Nice that they had a jar of dog biscuits on the counter for pets Night desk clerk remembered my dog by name, which was nice. that despite the nice weather, the cushions were not on the patio furniture. Fire pit would have been beautiful, but was not lit. Maybe add a few umbrella tables if it rains. should not be so hard to pay for breakfast. I should have been able to add on the special pricing for breakfast that was not made clear at booking. I had to end up paying full price.

the waitress at Breakfast was fantastic. So friendly and personable. Went out of her way to make us happy. Night female desk clerk was also amaZing, remembering my dog by name. Desk clerk one morning was standoffish when I asked if I could add on 2 breakfasts to my hotel package. had to end up paying extra. (more than I should have if I would have added the breakfast package) Cushions were not on the patio furniture, fire table was not lit, and there was no rain, storms or wind, that would have prevented it. !st floor hallway was also flooded.

Place was perfect. Location was super close to multiple fast food and sit down restaurants of different levels. Across the Main Street was Meijers, Sierra, Half Price Books, Barnes and Noble,Staples as well as multiple smaller National store front stores. Hotel was perfect, morning breakfast, “snack shop”, room was great, black out shades, mini fridge, hot water, lots of told!!! Great trip overall!!!!
