Very nice room and very clean. They have a great restraunt in the hotel.

Clean, very nice rooms and perfect location. Luckily, there is a Starbucks nearby because for coffee lovers the Keurig stinks and the coffee at the restaurant is average.

Just one matter to address: the front desk stewards were, quite frankly and sadly, abysmal... and the only smudge on this otherwise perfect stay. They had a very rude and off-hand manner when speaking to guests. We arrived a little early and our room was not ready. No problem! But there was no offer to hold our luggage for us and they watched us drag it back outside to load back into our vehicle. Not a smile or a "welcome!" to be seen. Hopefully this will be addressed and rectified soon, because this hotel really is lovely!

Location Would have like to have had a hand held shower

Hotel was nice and in a good location. One of the reasons we picked this hotel though was for the bar. Online it says the bar is open until 11pm on friday and Saturday. We got to the bar at 9:30 on Friday night and the bar was completely closed. We asked the staff if it was still open and they said not only do they close at 10pm but they decided to close at 9:00pm because there weren’t any customers at the bar. I told the lady it says they close at 11 online and she said it’s 10. So whatever time they close, just be prepared for them to close even earlier.

Front desk availability is limited. The bed was dirty upon arrival, my room had to be switched. The new room bathroom door was broken. My room wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping on day 2. Overall I expected more from this location for the price.

We were only in Kentucky overnight, but the hotel was very close to UK and was in a great area with higher-end shops and restaurants.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. I spoke with manager. Very nice. He told me he would address the issue. I stay out 75-100 nights a year. Historically this is one of the cleanest properties I stay in. I look forward to staying again.

Check-in into hotel was at 4:00 PM and still at 7:00 PM rooms were not ready for us and several others. We had to be somewhere at 7:45 PM and finally got our rooms at 7:15 PM and had to quickly get ready and we were all rushed to be ready so we could make our dinner reservation. We had 3 rooms and all had to wait. If we didn't push that we needed a room otherwise we were getting ready in the public bathroom. Disappointing and only offered 2 breakfast vouchers for 7 people.
