Beautiful view of the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were extremely clean and a large room. The breakfast is phenomenal - the best homemade yogurt! It is a challenging climb for people with disabilities to get to the B&B.

Beautiful location with great view. Short day trip away from other areas in Como. I loved that Lezzeno was a bit more quiet. Otherwise, one of my favorite parts of my stay were the homemade delicious breakfasts. I am excited to return here in the future !

Fantastic value for money B&B in a great location, very accessible to the rest of the lake and it's towns. Plenty of good restaurants nearby within walking distance, and easily connected by regular bus service to neighbouring towns and major ferry docks. The hosts were very friendly and incredibly attentive. The breakfast area in the morning was particularly nice, and the food and service was brilliant.

Everything! The host, and her father, were excellent. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the view was wonderful. The breakfast was charming and tasty. Very close to the bus line to bellagio or Como as well. We absolutely loved our stay here. Nothing.

We loved everything about our stay at this property. This was our favourite accommodation during our 3 weeks in Italy. Linda and Luigi were incredible hosts and very helpful and hospitable. The room was spotless, it was well decorated and cosy and the view was INCREDIBLE. Breakfast each morning was well presented with an incredible selection. You can tell that a lot of love goes into this stay and I would recommend anyone to book if travelling to Lake Como as this was a perfect base!

Everything was lovely..Linda and her dad who hosted us were so nice!..Breakfast was so good..in such a pretty breakfast parlour..lovely view from the balcony.. location is a bit far from train station or main town but bus stop is right below the B&B..Its still manageable but it will be more comfortable if you had your own transportation.

We stayed at the beautiful cherry & rose b&b for four nights in September. The garden and the view from our room was just lovely, an oasis of calm with views across the lake. The room was large and spotlessly clean. We loved the village of Lezzeno, very quiet with a bar and a few fabulous local family run restaurants. Seafood from the lake is a must. The best thing without doubt is Linda and family, the kindest sweet family who serve you the most delicious home made breakfast every day and are happy to help with any questions. One final thing, my husband left his headphones in the room and Linda arranged to have them sent into us. You cannot do better than stay here for a real Italian family experience.

The property is beautiful. It has incredible views, a lovely balcony area to sit and relax and great breakfast provided by incredibly friendly hosts. Thank you for an amazing stay! We stayed here 5 years ago and returned for our honeymoon just last week! Nothing

Breakfast was lovely, a nice way to start the day. Swimming pool and terrace were great for relaxing late afternoon after being out for the day. Nice village to go out in evening with a good choice of restaurants and of course the ice cream parlour!! Would be good to have electricity point in garage to charge e-bikes rather than outside.

The dreamiest stay in this absolutely perfect B&B. I can’t explain how much we loved staying here. Much quieter and peaceful in Lezzeno however all of the other parts of the lake were easily accessible. We arrived from Como via bus and had kindly asked if our room could be ready earlier if possible which it was. Once you have arrived and from the B&B, you can walk a few steps down the hill to bus stop number 10 which takes you to Bellagio. From there you can catch the ferry to most towns on the lake. Alternatively, you can walk a few minutes down the road to Villa Aurora and ask them to book you a water taxi downstairs from the lido/water sports area. You can also walk a little further from there to catch the ferry from Lezzeno, be sure to check the ferry timetable. We found there to be plenty of good restaurants in Lezzeno and the breakfast experience at Cherry En Rose is worth staying here alone. Everything is cooked fresh and made to order once you tick what you’d like on the menu, including the coffee. The hosts are so welcoming and accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after. They were even so kind to organise a driver for us from Lezzeno to the airport in Milan and once we had checked in, explained the bus and ferry timetable and showed us where everything was on the beautifully illustrated map of Lezzeno in the room. Everything about this stay was PERFECT in my opinion. The serenity, birds constantly chirping, the views of the lake, the pool, gardens and attention to detail make you feel like you’re in a fairytale. I will forever tell everyone about this place! Nothing- everything was incredible.

Absolutely the most adorable B&B I have had the pleasure of staying at. And I have traveled a lot. So friendly and warm welcoming atmosphere, Linda and Luigi are so friendly and service minded. the breakfast is delicious, beautiful interior, spacious room with a view over the Lake, it's very clean and tidy (never seen such clean hotel room). The pool area is perfect, beautiful garden and the location is prefect, I biked around Lake Como, only 8 km to Bellagio. Nice restaurants close by, walking distance. I will be back, for sure. Thank you for everything!! Nothing to complain

TLDR: Stay here if you want to support some lovely local hosts. Prime, tranquil location. Oasis with a beautiful Lake view. Oh, and the breakfast... YUM. HOTEL: let me begin by shouting out the lovely hosts. Very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful in planning and exploring the lake. We drove so there was covered parking available, (Make sure to tell them ahead of time to allocate space) Your room will have so many brochures and maps to help. We stood in the Carolina room (I believe it was called) right next to the Breakfast Cafe. Our view was the pool and the awe-inspiring Lake Como. We had a balcony, and well well-pressure shower! Linda was so amazing, the older folks(I feel terrible I didn't get their names) took great care of us during breakfast. We will be returning!!! LOCATION: Located within walking distance of 4 restaurants: Aurora - MISLEADING, There is a cover charge, you must make reservations, we reserved lake-side seating and were sat somewhere far away, we didn't stay, don't waste your money. Stone House - close to the promenade, EXCELLENT food. Prices are exceptional. Service is EXCELLENT. Cafe Tita - Great Prices, The staff was very welcoming, but we arrived too close to the kitchen closing at 10 pm. The food looked and smelled amazing. Crotto dei Pescatori - lake-side dining, excellent service, excellent food. We arrived without a reservation and they still sat us Lakeside! There is a Market/Gelato shop/Bar right down the street. It's right next to each other all great quality. Get the monkey flavor gelato! Walk the promenade, jump in the lake, visit the other towns, EXPLORE!!! It's an experience. The only, and I mean ONLY thing was, because our room was right next to the Breakfast cafe, we were woken up if a conversation happened right by the door. Thats it. So stop reading, and book your stay!! Give Judita a belly rub she'll love you forever!
