Crotto dei Pescatori

Such a beautiful place in a quiet little town on lake como, amazing restaurant and super sweet accommodating hotel staff!

Crotto dei Pescatori does not look like much, but we really enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and clean, staff was very nice. The restaurant was good and the breakfast copious. Beautifully located on Lake Como across Villa del Balbianello. That villa has famously served as a filming location for two major blockbusters: Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones (2002) and the James Bond film Casino Royale (2006). I recommend Crotto dei Pescatori!

The shower was a little small. The location was great.

The only minus was tiny shower other wise our stay was excellent,staff very friendly,great breakfast,restaurant excellent, I definitely recommend Shower

Very nice small town, the view is amazing the room is clean and nice and front desk was helpful and nice Unless you have a car it is very hard to rely on transportation. The bus schedule is all over the place and the bus can easily skip you if full and good luck waiting for next bus. Both our ferry and train faced technical difficulties.

Very limited breakfast. No coffee machine.

The view was unbelievable!! We loved being able to look out on the water from our bed and found it very romantic. Also the restaurant being right below us was very convenient both for breakfast and dinner. Loved every aspect of this stay!!

We took the C130 bus to Bellagio, which was only about 15 minutes away, with the bus stop conveniently located just up the main street. This hotel is a lovely, budget-friendly gem on Lake Como, offering both comfortable rooms and a charming restaurant in one building. My sincere recommendation and heartfelt thanks to the owner, waiters, and cooks at this wonderful hotel.

Our stay at Crotto Hotel was wonderful. The room offered a stunning view of Lake Como, making our mornings truly enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh options. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

The view from my room was amazing! its a balcony facing the lake and it feels so calm and relaxing. Downstairs is a lovely restaurant with delectable selection of food on thier menu. The staffs are so friendly and accomodating too. Nothing. Actually when your driving just be careful on the road its quite a challenge specially at night. Theres not much supermarket around its a mini market and the prices are quite expensive.

Breakfast was perfect. The coffee, the best.the price is moderate.host was courteous, water and soda in the fridge, bravo.. views of the lake make up for the drawbacks. Nothing like advertised. The room was very small, very basic, shower is for small people. More like a hostel room. No connection to the pictures on internet. Room is above a restaurant so you hear everything. We didn't mind. Closed the windows and was quiet.

This accomodation is a special location by the lake.. very nice and we had a best time. Good restaurant, too.

The property is right on the lake as is the restaurant. We had to ask twice to get a table by the water when 4 were empty.

Perfect location on the lake , only 10 minutes drive to Bellagio. The host is very nice , I really recommend to book a room with a lake view because it’s stunning ! Great restaurant too Nothing

Nothing. Honestly best stay in all of Italy.
