Kaua'i Palms Hotel

My stay at the Kauai Palms was absolutely amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly from the moment that I checked in to the moment that I left. Everyone was so warm and friendly and treated me like I was family. I will definitely come back again the next time I come to Kauai!!

The most amazing hotel stay! Wish it had been longer! The hotel is conveniently located, super clean inside and out, and has the most friendly thoughtful staff. Do not miss the history presentation in the morning with Ron - highlight of our trip and left us with a deep and abiding appreciation for the beauty and people of Kaua’i.

The air conditioner was very old and extremely noisy—I couldn't sleep without wearing headphones—and both the window and the pillows were very uncomfortable. I checked out after just one night; the front desk staff provided excellent service and helped me get a refund for the remaining two nights.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Unique property lay out. Enjoyed my stay. Would absolutely stay here again

The local front end receptionist or manager at the hotel who took calls the morning we called with an emergent need to check in was helpful in every way. She was clear and kind and then over delivered on a conservative expectation. Just the best. Exactly what we needed that morning and she could tell. She treated us like real people and that’s rare these days.

Amazing I came in late and free of charge they left my room key in a lock box so I had no hassle getting in to my room.

It is a quaint older property that is well maintained and clean. If you are looking for marble and contemporary or classic furniture and cabinets you’ll be disappointed, but if you want a clean, relatively quiet, safe place to stay with A/C , then your good. Staff are friendly. It is close to airport and a few restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was a neighbor in next room that had TV on Loud, but he obliged and took it down.

GM and front office guy were really helpful. Lost my key and the GM got one for me while the other guy was doing other things.

Staff was friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. Helpful guiding us around town and the island.

Staff was nice, helpful and accommodating. We got in early, so we were going to drop off our luggage, but she checked if our room was ready and it was so able to check-in at 11. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. The place is old but room was adequate. Free parking in front or rear of hotel. Nearby restaurant, Kauai Diner was good.

The staff was kind and helpful and the outside of the hotel was well maintained. Our room was just okay though and the bathroom was covered in long black hair when we arrived. We left quite early in the morning and washed all our clothes as soon as possible

I recommend packing instant. Not all rooms have air-conditioning It is a 2 story building with stair way to upper level no elevator. I would stay in a ground level room with air conditioning next time

Very clean room! The staff was really helpful! Parking was good! Very close to the Lihue airport!

When we booked this hotel, we didn't realize it was in the area it was in. While the desk clerk was very friendly and courteous, the hotel nor the area would be something we would stay in again.

The staff was great and early checkin made it a major plus. We stayed on 2 separate occasions and it was well worth it. We will definitely reserve rooms there next year!
