Staff helpful. Breakfast good. Location great for shopping markets and cat park. This is not a fancy hotel, but rooms were clean, food good and overall great stay

Easy to get to I called three times to ask about early check in and was told it was be 50% of the rate but when I arrived it was not 50% off the booking rate and although pet friendly it was going to be an additional $35 or $40 to have my dog with me per night. So in the end the rate that I was getting almost tripled in price. I did not end up staying here, a one time pet fee makes sense but to pay that each night doesn’t. It’s cheaper and easier to just stay in an airbnb at that point. Staff at the hotel were great but the information I was given over the phone and on WhatsApp was not the same I received in person and I was concerned about this so I confirmed 3 times this wouldn’t be an issue

Majo gave me a warm welcome and had just the right words for a tired traveler. Nicolle, Nataly, and Danitra Thank you for your hospitality. Thank you "Ailim" for helping me with the coffee machine. Short walk to Kennedy Park, local busses and Airport Express bus. Sweet little cafe with tamales and pan one block away. Nos vemos pronto!

Staff at the desk was wonderful and so very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I found the location to be excellent for the activities we had planned.

The room was spacious and clean, with a security lockbox Ample toilet paper, shampoo, and liquid soap in the bathroom. The location was very walkable. The lobby has a filtered water spout to fill up drinking water. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was fantastic. I did not notice anything that I don't like. Everything was great.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and great location. Close to attractions in Miraflores and easy to get to transportation which will take you to the city centre.

Large room, clean hotel with helpful reception team. Great location opposite a brilliant artisan market selling clothes and tourist souvenirs. Good breakfast with a decent range. Very good chain hotel

The location is perfect! I highly recommend it. I'll stay there again just for that reason. They have a good breakfast, but I think that could be more varied. But it's a great hotel to stay! The hotel should invest in furniture, especially in the lobby, and rugs. They seam old and dirty.
