The staff were great and helpful. The bathroom was very nice. A little refrigerator in the room would be great. Had to buy the water…We were on the street side so the street noise during day time was loud. Also building construction across the street.

Price was good and the room was very clean. I had come to rest after a long flight to get ready to fly again in the evening and there was a lot of loud construction going on all day. The elevator was old, jerky and noisy.

The location is so good The elevator was very old and it looks like it will fall off at any time, but overall it was great.

The location We stayed here before, the staff is not very friendly. Not very nice, except for the girl who helped us in the early morning to take down the luggage. The bathroom of the room had one of the dispensers defective and the toilet lid was loose.

Our stay was very nice and we recommend it. Breakfast was well served and Esperanza was very kind. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the shower was awesome. It stands in a very good location, there is a supermarket and restaurants across the street.

The elevator wasn’t working and I had to bring my suitcases down from the fifth floor by hand. Unfortunately for me, I had 2×23 KG suitcases. The soap dispenser in the shower was filled with soap twice in both times it just completely emptied itself out onto the shower so one day I didn’t have soap. Other than these two experiences that Hotel is in a good location, the staff, friendly, and it is clean. This may have just been a one off.
