The location was very closed to the most of the attractions. The hotel was clean. There was one thing that i want to mention is I stayed for 5 days. The bed sheet not change even once. The bed sheet not change for the entire of my stayed 5 days.

The location is amazing! They didn’t have AC, they gave us a fan because we complain. I booked one room with only one doble bed and they gave me one room with two beds because they told me they didn’t have the room I booked avalaible.

We booked our stay with breakfast buffet style, which was really good and many options Ahead of time, when we were planning our trip, we requested to have an early check-in, and we reminded the hotel a couple of days before as well, however, our inquiry was completely ignored.

for the price we paid was good ,the receptionist were nice,and try to help and talk good English,for a short stay I recommended . l don't like the shower ,it's attached to the ceiling,I like it adjustable but for my husband was ok.may be there's need a kettle because there wasn't.

Staff are all Friendly. If you ask something, they can manage to help you out. Poor Wifi connection. Need to upgrade as they are in 3 star hotel. Also no glass and water bottlw in the room including coffee.

Our room had jacuzzi, which is great for the price. Well located, center of miraflores. Smart Tv with netflix. The hotel is a sort of old and dark. Breakfast was just ok, but very limited.
