The minute you walk in you're greated by welcoming staff and walk into a cozy upscale lobby. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Every single staff member went above any beyond to ensure our stay was top tier. We looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning. We will definitely be back!

Unparalleled care given to the needs and whims of the guests. Warm, welcoming and very hospitable from the smiles to the welcome drink. The food is amazing and the breakfast buffet is as varied with something for everyone. Coffee is next level ! The food is fresh and full of flavor! I appreciated all the fresh juices. The staff is very attentive and the manager floats around to check that they are meeting your needs. I highly recommend this property. We were not here for business but we appreciate the high standards of Hyatt so we chose the property . Nothing

The moment you step into the Hyatt you are greeted with exceptional customers service. Front desk and reception begin your stay with the highest quality customer service. The room was made up perfectly with every need addressed and being acceptionally clean with great views of the city. The luxury continues with the pool on the roof with views overlooking the city. Bar next to the pool offer drinks with local tastes continuing with the ability to sit look out to city in the comfy seating. The restaurant as wonderful food with both local and international tastes. We had the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast buffet that was beautiful in presentation and great tastes. Before our stay ended we also enjoyed room service of comfort foods that hit the spot. We also used the Hyatt pick and drop off service that took away any travel worries from airport to city. Highly recommend Hyatt if staying in Peru and take moments to be pampered. Not applicable

We loved the gym, sauna, and pool. The breakfast was delightful. The rooms are spacious and modern. Upon check-in, they left fresh baked cookies and juice in our room. The restaurant has delicious food. All staff was friendly and helpful. Safe neighborhood close to all the sites.

The breakfast is amazing! Lots of variety, there's something for every different taste. I didn't have the opportunity to use the pool because it only serves 7am-7pm, but it is really beautiful. I was expecting a tub for this tier... the shower was very good tho.

Location, service, food, ambience, the gym and the room. There was a car on the street that it’s alarm went on about 5 am and the noise was evident in the rooms.

Staff was very accomodating and welcoming! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay here at The Hyatt Centric San Isidro was the best. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! We looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning. We will definitely come back to stay here!!

Big chain of hotels, comfortable rooms. I still didn’t get invoice sconce one week after asking. Will wrote another mail. Not normal! Also the price is exaggerated and quality corresponds more to 4 star in European classification.
