Was terrible The hotel was absolutely terrible. The hospitality and customer service were extremely disappointing, and the staff clearly did not know how to properly treat guests. We were almost escorted by security to our room because the hotel failed to inform us that everyone staying in the room needed to be registered. They already knew the reservation was for two people, yet only realized days later and tried to blame the guests for their own mistake. On top of that, the staff — including the supervisor, who never even introduced herself — had a very arrogant attitude and tried to shift responsibility onto us instead of handling the situation professionally. During check-out, the receptionist even told a coworker right in front of us, “they are the problem guests.” What kind of 5-star service is that? I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please consider staying somewhere else because this place leaves a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, the breakfast area was repeatedly reserved for private events, and hotel guests were sent to the restaurant area instead with limited time to eat breakfast — despite the fact that paying guests should have priority over events that lasted for days. Overall, a terrible experience from beginning to end.

Breakfast buffet was really just out of this world. Fruits, delicious onions (my fsavorite) that can be mixed with pork, beef, rice, and all the other regular stuff. The pool and spa was also very nice.

The breakfast was excellent, with a large range of tasty and fresh products. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bar is trendy and well stocked. I enjoyed a classy pisco sour there, prepared in a ceramic cup - loved it! While the room was very comfortable, the air conditioning (as is the case in many hotels) was extreme. We tried our best to turn it off or raise the temperature but still woke up feeling decidedly chilled. While this is better than sweltering in the heat, it's not ideal to the perfect stay and might need some attention.

Wonderful service!!

The decor needs a little refresh, and the duvet on the bed was super thick and honestly too warm for Lima's mild winter, both my partner and I woke up overheating every night. These are not critical issues, but every little detail helps!

We had an amazing stay at Swissôtel Lima and will definitely return in the future. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were outstanding—especially Sergio at reception and the Concierge team, who provided invaluable tips that helped us make the most of our weekend. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we thoroughly enjoyed the selection. Room service was prompt and excellent. The bar had fantastic food and drinks, served by Victor, who was incredibly attentive and provided top-notch service throughout our visits. The gym facilities were outstanding, and the heated swimming pool—with both indoor and outdoor sections—was of standard length and depth, perfect for a relaxing swim. The sauna, steam room, and hot jacuzzi were clean and ideal for unwinding after a day of excursions. Special thanks to Frank at the gym, who gave us a full tour and was very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we look forward to returning.

We came here for a one night escape and it did not disappoint. The pool is a lovely area to relax and enjoy a drink particularly in the heated jacuzzi. We ordered room service later in the evening and it arrived promptly. The cheesecake dessert was delicious. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast the next morning and some chill time in the beautiful lobby with a coffee.
