Classic Ibis, but in better location than most. Clean and comfortable room with a decent shower. Straightforward check-in - and most of all at a reasonable price, especially for the location. Good cafe and choice of restaurants opposite. Views from rooms are understandably urban, and the rooms are small - but really, what more do you need than a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom? Water could possibly be a bit warmer in the shower, but it's not a dealbreaker.

Exactly as advertised. Even though it’s close to the highway, the hotel has good noise proof windows. The staff are nice and accommodating. Everything works as expected. Also, for those who care: yes the hotel has an iron for cloths. They have a whole ironing room for all guests to use for free. Works great.

Everything was good That one of the gentlemen try to push me on taking a taxi of a lady they work with and for me that’s not secure because people will know where am staying and were I go , I travel every month to Peru for about 4 days and use satelital and I ask the guy to call it for me but he lie to me in my face and said they are not allow to call them or do t work with them .and I happen to ask for satelital at the front desk the night before and the lady in the front desk called the satelital company for me with no problem and took my ride secure and comfortable

The room is very small. We had to put our bags on the other bed. But otherwise everything is great.

The bed was very comfortable. The room is basic but good if you stay one or two days. The room furniture and floor is a little old. It need a update.

The TV wasn't working so I had to notify the reception. It was fixed for the second day. The room is perfect for one person as it's not very spacious. The thing I really didn't like is that as of 8-9am they turn off the AC to save power. If you are still in the room, you have to get out of bed (as there's no remote) to turn on the AC manually every couple of hours as it is programed to shut down through out the day. During the night it stays on all night. Hairdryer only on request, and no kettle or minibar in the room. It's definitely not a long stay hotel. 1-2 nights is enough.

Modern facilities that were clean and hostel by attentive staff that were beyond helpful and lodgings that are very reasonably priced. The rooms, while comfortable and clean with modern amenities, tend to have a queen size bed that is quite comfortable, though the room size were much smaller than I expected. It’s fine when traveling solo, but a bit cramped with a partner, and may not matter if your room serves as a place to crash and leave your stuff when out exploring but if intent is to chill can be quite cramped, though I do not fault the company in this scenario. Also, noticed the a/C won’t go below 20°C and coming from Chicago with much higher threshold for cold tolerance, I much prefer a cooler environment so I slept well and unfortunate it got a bit warm, although I was able to open a window to alleviate temp. In my specific case, it worked but unsure how this may affect others based on their tolerance/expectations.

The breakfast was a nice surprise - lots of options including fruit, fresh fruit juice, pastries, hot dishes (eggs, sausage, potatoes...etc), and coffee/tea. The hotel is very conveniently located in Miraflores and felt safe and clean. I would stay here again. The rooms were a little small and the breakfast area was way over-crowded when a conference started there mid-way through my stay. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay here!
