The property was beautiful and very well kept. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the little coffee shop downstairs.

Erika was incredibly delightful in every way. Quinta Miraflores was exceptional and we are very lucky to have stayed there! We’ll be back! Nothing

Erika was the friendliest host we could imagine, gave great recommendations, and a fun history of the hotel. The room was so cute and well stocked. I wish I would have stayed here longer as it was such a unique spot in a great neighborhood. The cafe attached was amazing and you could tell the locals liked it. Would stay again

Beautiful. Perfect location. Quiet. And the manager Erika was outstanding. Historic

Erika went above and beyond above and beyond. She helped us plan our days in Lima each morning at breakfast (which was delicious!) and was attentive to every little detail of our vacation. I have never encountered someone in hospitality who was so clearly meant for their job as Erika. Our room was off the charts amazing, including an amazing clawfoot tub and separate rain shower, with one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in.

Property in a safe neighborhood with many restaurants, the street a bit noisy, but could sleep well. Cosy room, good size bathroom with toiletries. Breakfast included with orange juice, to choose among 3 choices of bread and coffee milk, cappuccino or espresso. Erika was always helpful with service and tourist information. Nothing really that I didn’t like, but it was unexpected to share the breakfast place with parents and their kids because it’s a family coffee with toys for entertainment.

A truly special place! This boutique hotel is an absolute gem. Set in an early 20th-century house, it beautifully combines history with modern comfort. With only a few rooms, the atmosphere feels intimate and personal — more like staying at a friend’s charming home than at a hotel. The staff are simply wonderful: attentive, genuine, and caring in every detail. You can feel the love and thoughtfulness in everything — from breakfast to the small touches in the room. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience filled with warmth and heart. Nothing

I liked everything about this hotel, but some might want a more modern accommodation. Note that the hotel is not accessible for people who cannot climb stairs.

It is hard to think of how the hotel could possibly be better. The room was super comfortable and clean, the staff were great - Erica was incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. The breakfast was excellent. Lima is a huge city so it is hard to say that any one place is in a much better location than another, but so far as it goes the hotel is easy to get around from. I am looking forward to my next stay. I always like to think of something at least a little negative to say so that I don't sound like I a simply undiscerning. I can't really think of anything. I guess I could say that because the breakfast in the hotel is popular with families from the area on Sunday mornings, it can be a little noisy and overrun with children on Sunday mornings, so it isn't quite as peaceful as it is on other days. Some people won't mind that, others will.

Very special quinta building Beautiful decor and finishing touches Nice breakfast and little coffee shop Very lovely staff - Erika delightful On quite a busy road, but not too noisy in room

What an introduction to Peru! We couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more informative and friendly host than Erika who made our stay delightful. We were upgraded to a large and beautiful room with an excellent bathroom - great shower! - and all the facilities one could need. The breakfasts were fantastic as was the location. Overall a brilliant place to stay and thanks to Erika for making it so special.

Charming boutique hotel in area with lots of nice restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Erica gave great advice and allowed us a late checkout.

  • Engine customer Jul 2024

This is a beautiful, small hotel with lovely, clean guest rooms! The rooms are bright, large and each one is unique in the decor and layout. Erika is an exceptional host - she is always smiling from the moment you walk in the door, loves to talk to every guest and goes out of her way to provide information about the city, recommendations for restaurants and even helped us make a reservation for a spa. Her warmth and charm is so genuine you feel like you are staying in someone's home :). The neighbourhood is lively, very safe and there are numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the hotel. The waterfront is also within walking distance. Just a caution for people with mobility issues - all the rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. Erika's staff provide help with luggage but if you have trouble walking up stairs this might be an issue.

It was amazing stay in this boutique hotel! Erica was amazing host, super cozy atmosphere, beautiful room (we got an upgrade!), always clean and perfect. It was the best decision to spend last days of our one month vacation in Peru in this amazing quinta!

A lovely boutique hotel in Miraflores. Well located for wandering around the neighborhood, or to Baranco. Erika is very helpful.

  • Engine customer Jun 2024

Wonderfully renovated Quinta home in a very good location with lots of amenities around. Erika is a lovely and helpful hostess. Nothing - just be aware of stairs for small children and elderly.

  • Engine customer May 2024

Erika was a great host and gave us good information about local places to eat and how to visit as much as possible in a short time. Comfortable bed after a long flight and we were given breakfast to take away for our early start.
