Host was quick to respond and open door; location felt very safe; breakfast was awesome.

Perfect location for a budget stay. You will find few better options for the budget. The benefit is that you have to buzz through a gate every time you enter the property, so you know it's secure and there is plenty of space in the room and nice common spaces. wifi worked best in the common spaces, a little weak in rooms

No toiletries.

The lights of my bathroom was not working and the breakfast was simple.

Don't you do it! I left after I saw the room. You can keep the money. Old hotel with smelly carpet and a grumpy old man at the front desk.

The location was Amazing, and the staff was nice with us. The room, and the bathroom specially were not that clean. The blankets smelled weird.

Location !! Couple of blocks from Larcomar and parque Kennedy.

The location and the staff were great. One bed was a board - but l slept surprisingly well on it. The other was too spongy for my liking.

Everything - a very cool place, beautifully kept, lovely spaces, comfortable room, such nice staff, lovely simple but quality breakfast. Excellent location. I couldn't think of a nicer place to stay in Miraflores. Nothing

Location, location is great! Safe and quiet neighborhood for nice evening strolls. Mattress very hard.

The windows where leaking and there was no heating so it was pretty cold inside.

It’s my second stay at the property and I only required the basics ie a bed for the night. The property as much better rooms than mine. The rooms with balconies are the best. No complaints.

I really liked the staff. They were sweet and helpful. Even if they don't have a simple translator app to help communicate. I didn't like having to buzz myself in and out. That's medieval and not necessary. The "bar" didn't have drinks. It's just a sign and a breakfast spot that I missed because I couldn't sleep due to the hot room.

The property is cheap and cheerful and the staff were nice and accommodating. For the price nothing to complain about. I only booked a very basic room but they do have much better ones.

Tv in Spanish, not many channels. I only understand english

For the one night we were there, it was certainly acceptable. The staff were friendly and helpful and we muddled by with a lack of Spanish and English. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was very simple, but fresh juices were lovely The property was pretty dated and not the best upkeep, was looking pretty worn. There was a lot of noise from the street, the Argentinian football team staying in the hotel opposite us and thousands of fans there, so that wasn't great.

Location and the general look of the hotel from the outside and reception. Rooms are big but also a bit shabby, they would benefit from fresh painting and some more modern features. Breakfast really poor. Bed covers smelled of humid.

Location close to centre The place is locked all the time to come in and go out they will open the front gate. In case of fire you need to wait for some one to open. Wifi is really bad even with router behind me no good connection. They don't speak English
