Construction noise from outside

The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in Miraflores. Noise was well controlled and air conditioning ran well. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to get early check-in even with a last minute request. 24 hour concierge is appreciated as I had to leave at 3 am to catch a flight. I did not get a chance to dine in the restaurant, so I cannot comment about that. I don’t have any complaints about the property.

Good location Breakfast left a lot to be desired, staff were unpleasant at check in, bathroom felt grungy and dirty (particularly the bath tub)

The hotel was well located, not too far from the beach and the Larcomar centre and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. nothing we were very happy with our stay

Great location. Good price Very outdated interior. AC in the unit was not working. WiFi in the unit was not working. Bathroom window was open to a LOUD courtyard and did not close.

Service in general was A+, I also liked that the have a small swimming pool on a top floor. Elevators seemed a little smaller and outdated. Nothing major.

Was perfect as a home base for being busy in Lima and surrounding area and the breakfast is great. Staff is very friendly.

Location in Miraflores a few blocks from the Malecon and Inca terns (Rose restaurant pier). If you’re into birds :-). Helpful staff, Beautiful extensive buffet breakfast. I love Peru. Not amazing rooms but roomy and clean and great value. So much to see walking. Go find the Paddington bear statue! Nothing

Convenient location, walkable to parks, restaurants, cafes etc. A mini-mart next door for water, snacks and essentials. Pool and sundeck were a nice plus. Not brand new but kept up well, with clean and comfortable room that included a small table, fridge, water kettle. Excellent breakfast with omelettes to order, fantastic coffee. Friendly and helpful service all around, from reception to breakfast to housekeeping. Wi Fi was a bit weak in the room but better in the lobby
