Decent place. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Elevator not working. Stayed on 6th floor. Had to walk up and down stairs. Pool area needs improvement.

Location was great Needs a little updating

The hotel is very well located, right in Miraflores, full of restaurants, shops and Larcomar. The hotel is not part of a chain, needs LTC. The breakfast is really very simple, could put more efforts in serving a more much attracted menu or a buffet could fit better. The room and halls are clean, room is comfy and big. Needs lots of renovations, the color used in the rooms and halls presents as an old hotel. be in an old hotel is fine but, this one could be mor e cozy.

Nothing. This property is a disaster. I did a full Google review. Go there to see all the pictures. TOURIST STAY AWAY…. Hotel will have you pay upfront in full so if you have a problem you will not be refunded. Hotel is a SCAM The pictures currently advertising this hotel are misleading and misrepresentation of what you are paying for. 1. They have a policy where you are not allowed to have a guest or visitor. 2. Hotel has lots of deferred maintenance. 3. Excessively noisy. 4. Bath towels had dried blood and who knows what else to dry yourself with. 5. The shower is horrible. Just a high stream of water….no real shower. 6. The gym doesn’t look like in pictures. Equipment is broken, old, rusty and DOESN’T WORK. 7. Mould everywhere in hotel room. 8. The atrium doesn’t work, diet and when you look up you do not see anything nice. 9. View from hotel room is crappy; you see bird crap, rusty old are conditioners that don’t work. Your view from hotel room is nasty. 10. Absolutely no breakfast buffet as per advertised picture and misrepresented. This is another hotel that shows discrimination towards non-Spanish speaking and white people especially during breakfast. Breakfast staff will ignore you. 11. The pool area is not what it looks like in pictures, again misrepresentation. The pool area is just as nasty as rest of hotel with exposed electrical. 12. The bar is useless. Not used for the benefit of the guest. Nothing to offer. I can go on about how bad this place is. This hotel was probably a hotel that attracted excellent clients. It is no longer a premier hotel, no standards. The problems in this hotel is a result of an owner who doesn’t care and probably has no business owning a hotel. The only redemption are the staff who work the front desk. They are amazing. The location is good.

The location was quiet. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. There is hot water. Cabs are easy to wave down. The location not close to a lot of restaurants. Everything else is fine.

Staff was very friendly. Lobby and room are a bit dated and worn.

perfect location, pretty good brekfast Room is definitely outdated. It looks better on photo than in real life. The major problem is that we put sign "do not disturb" and when we came back we realized that room service was provided. They made the beds and put fresh towels but they also relocate our things so it took time to find them.

The price matches the quality

Staff was excellent. Mould in the bedrooms which caused some breathing problems for me. Shower taps don’t work properly, took forever to get the right temperature with no pressure. The swimming pool is tiny! Breakfast was terrible, better to go to Mango - a 5-minute walk.

Very good and tasty meals (both breakfast and dinner). After reservation over Booking.com I was a victim of a scam. There was a leakage of personal information between the hotel and Booking.com. Before my trip, I received an e-mail from the hotel via Booking.com that my reservation was at risk of cancellation and they were unable to verify my payment details. To ensure my reservation was not cancelled, they asked to deposit USD 200.- to "Remitly". They stated: "you will not be charged, it will only be held in your bill until the end of the verification process, once the details are confirmed the deposit will be refunded. This is a mandatory background check process for any visitor to our hotel." But after all, NOTHING WAS REFUNDED, IT WAS A SCAM.

There was BIG problem with payment = this hotel or BOOKING.com take 3x payment for 1 reservation = i have to pay 107 dolares but BOOKING.com or this hotel take from my account 3x107 = 321 Dolares. And nobody take a responsibility, i want my money back.

The location was good. I like that it had a pool & additional access to washrooms, a functional elevator. Good to have breakfast included. - I didn’t like the carpeting in the room. It smelled really bad. - And the A/C doesn’t cool down the room. It’s just a fan. Had to keep the window opened. - the shower water often turned to hot suddenly so you have to be careful. Also the pressure of the water wasn’t sufficient. - The room overlooked the neighbours beautiful courtyard but they had lots of parties till early hours of the day.
