Both good. No comments to tell The two nights I stayed there, there were parties with DJs playing music well above the permitted decibel level. It was a shame for the tourists and Peruvians who spent good money to choose a “high-class” hotel. Putting up with loud music until 4 a.m. is not acceptable, and I hope you take action in this regard.

Nothing. It was crap. It was crap. We changed the room 3 times. We arrived First day the hot water was left on, so the ceiling was falling apart. The second room had a shower with nothing to hang anything. The third room didn’t have the AC working the ENTIRE stay. NO AC! And to add insult to injury, the water stopped working one morning when we woke up! Literally no water for the bathroom, sink - nothing! We vacated the room the same day in dismay and told them we will checkout and move to another hotel. Shamelessly they have not processed the refund.

Nice place with a nice view of El Golf de San Isidro. Very good breakfast! Great customer service in the front desk. I enjoyed the staff's efforts to make my stay smooth and comfortable.

At night, there was a club and I couldn’t sleep of how loud the music was. This happened on a Friday and Saturday.

The staff is outstanding, the breakfast is amazing, and the location is perfect. The hotel is well maintained but a bit run down. It needs to be modernized.

The room was ample and clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was old but clean needed to get remodelled. bathtub had blue stains Furniture was old and somewhat raggedy. The noise from corporative events upstairs. Young people coming out of the bar downstairs. They also were remodelling which left room without air conditioning for some hours. Samething with wifi in the room. They did try to accomodate but for a long stay was not the most comfortable.

I booked the hotel to have a quiet night before traveling, it was construction going on and at night it was a rooftop party that lasted until 4:00 am. The same time I had to leave and go to the airport
