Rooms with fan, fridge and cold/warm water. No elevator. My room was on the 5th floor.

Dirty. Staff not helpful. Charged 20% more than normal on the exchange rate.

The jacuzzi and room were perfect. The restaurant was actually really good. It was a mix of delicious Peruvian dishes. The entry system was only a key and deadbolt.

Actual hotel and rooms didn't look like photos. Very shabby. Bed was close to falling apart.

We had a late check-in so we liked that staff were available 24/7. Later check-out of noon was great to give us time to sleep in, have breakfast, and get our bags organized for airport. They also have a luggage storage area. The bathroom in the king room we received was amazing, 5 star. Not all rooms have the same decor so consider it may not be like the photos. King room had a fridge and amazing storage. Unfortunately after confirming a month before the trip and also two days before arrival, they gave our three bed room to someone else. We were split into different rooms but only paid for original room ? The solo room had a broken toilet that wouldn't flush properly but the other was fine so our friend used our room.

We were mistreated by the hotel staff because we disagreed with the type of room they reserved for us. At the time we checked in we asked if the the room had a steet view in the 2nd floor. The recepciónist said, there was only one available in the 3rd floor. I accepted, by the time we went to the room it was with a hallway view. We approached de reception area to let them know what was wrong with the room in the 3rd floor. She pretty much told us talk it or leave it! I say im going to leave it, cause they lie to us with the type of room they were offering. They ask me if I wanted to cancel de reservation. I said yes but before that I wanted to have access to the libro de reclamaciones a governmental consumers protection report book. The receptionist told me first let’s cancel the reservation and then I will give you the book.

The staff very professional and helpful. Clean comfortable rooms. Walkable to beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Didn’t cover my expectation. Not elevator, smell terrible, too noisy.

Nothing really. The room was damp, it smells of mould! There are no windows to let in fresh air. They had a dehumidifier that did not work and bags of water hanging in the cupboard? This place is a health hazard with rooms full of damp and mould! Breakfast was poor and not worth the money.
