Naia Hotel Miraflores

The location in Miraflores was great, with so many stores, restaurants, activities within short walking distance. It's a very social hotel; there were many people milling about and events happening. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were wonderful! I would stay here again. The room could have been a bit cleaner, or at least updated, especially the bath. There were water (?) stains in the bath, and it almost seemed as if that room hadn't been used in a long time. It was also difficult to find the room as the elevator does not go to that floor. Instead you have to go to the top floor and find the stairs to continue up; it took me a little bit to realize that.

It is in a good central location in Miraflores. The bathroom was dirty. The area between the sink and bath tub was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. The safe randomly fell off the wall one night even though we never used it. No water pressure. You hear everything from the streets all night

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a lot of variety (still a hostel breakfast, but for the price you pay, you cannot expect more). We booked an apartment, and it was just perfect: a huge comfortable bed, an amazing toilet with bathtub, a kitchen. It was clean and bright, and the bedroom had AC. We had some problems with electricity, and the staff helped us immediately and fixed it on the spot. The neighbourhood around the hostel is safe and super busy with people and tourists. Miraflores is a good location for a first visit in Lima. Super recommended!

No AC. Gets warm at night. However there is a fan provided .

The room was cute and spacious and the restaurant/shop at the front of the hostel is nice. It was loud due to construction, the plumbing was not good the shower drain was plugged and took hours to finally drain, the toilets barley flushed and the staff did not seem interested in a answering any questions. No air conditioning in my room which made it really hot.

The beds were shaky, the dorm was so overpriced, for 30$ a night you would expect to have air-conditioning and a towel included and lockers but there wasn't any...

Nice staff. Good location. Decent breakfast No air conditioning. They said they would fix but no air for two nights. Very hot. One of the two elevators was broken so slow service.
