The location is very nice. The security guys are also extremely nice and helpful. Front desk ladies are very rude and incapable. Cleanings also do not come and clean rooms.

Good location, we stayed in the apartment which she gave us extra space. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. The floors were so dirty, if you took two steps across the floor in socks the bottom would turn black. The bathroom didn’t feel clean, and the toilet barely flushed. Very noisy from the street.

Having a full apartment living... i was in a brand new unit.. I was the first owner!!! Breakfast was very good! Staff could not be more helpful!! Some floors were under construction remodel, so there was noise, but I wasn't there much in the daytime. But the workers were very pleasant.

I Had a wonderful stay at NAIA Apart hotel Miraflores, and Special thanks to Susana and Williams Robles for their exceptional service, kindness, and excellent room maintenance. They were always attentive, helpful, and made sure everything was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly made my experience even better. Highly recommend!

I loved my stay ! And the best part , is that it’s next to the city ! Lots of restaurants and shops ! My only heads-up for anyone going is that you will hear the street a lot at night ! Other than that amazing stay !

Overall, a really nice stay and a good value for the location. Being connected to the hostel next door was surprisingly convenient. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and luggage storage was easy. The room felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Plenty of space, and both the bed and couch were very comfortable. The staff was also incredibly friendly. The in-room amenities were a bit sparse compared to what I expected. The WiFi was honestly very poor, which is a drawback for a place that markets itself to a coworking crowd. Also, I was charged 50% to add an extra guest despite it being a full apartment. I paid it without issue, but if I’d booked for two guests from the start, the price difference would have been negligible, if anything, so that policy felt a little off.

The property was clean and well maintained with daily housekeeping and very polite, friendly staff. The on site casual restaurant on the first floor, was extremely convenient, especially after long days or if you are doing remote work. Breakfast was excellent with a good mix of local and international options, and the staff in both reception and the breakfast area were amazing! The location is a big plus, with easy access to Barranco, Miraflores, and San Isidro (main touristic areas), strong police presence, many nearby stores, and a metro station just a few blocks away, which makes getting around Lima historic center fast and affordable and avoid heavy traffic or overpriced taxis. Rooms facing the city or with balconies can be noisy because of city traffic, so there can be some noise pollution, such as car horns and people outside, especially at night. There was also one night with loud guests that required staff intervention, but it was a minor, isolated incident. The nearby metro can become very crowded and chaotic during peak hours, so it may not be ideal if you are carrying luggage or a backpack. However, it allows you to travel from Miraflores to the historic center of Lima (and vice versa) in about 15 minutes and operates until 10:00 PM.

Ac didn't work right.
-
Location Due to being on a busy street in Miraflores there was noise from cars honking all hours of day and night
-
Lots of hostel amenities like a kitchen, resting areas, and baggage hold, clean spacious rooms, and everyone was very friendly. Walkable area to multiple coffee shops, cafes, convenience store with water, and even a bookstore. We thought it was in the nicest part of Lima. I cannot recommend the airport shuttle although i am not sure if the driver is related to the hotel - it was wildly unsafe. Uber was much better.

I could not figure out how to work the air conditioning

Wifi didn’t reach the room. One of two elevators didn’t work to our floor Our keycard stopped working, had to change room after waiting for 1,5 hours. Not that clean Only cold water in the shower But breakfast was good though.

The AC was not functional in one of our two adjoining rooms.

Good location, in a quiet street of Miraflores. The private room is part of a hostal, hence they provide different services as well which you can book. The staff is friendly and I think it was a good value of money. The kitchen was really outdated. Kitchen and the equipment was basically unusable. So I don't recommend this place if you are planning to cook for yourself. Definitely needs and upgrade. Also, the airco in the living room was missing a cover. It didn't really looked like it was taking care off. It was also confusing to allocate the reception because it is in a building a few doors further. However, the reservation stated only the actual accommodation. Had to search for a while where the actual check in location was.
